Poor, poor Oscar – there’s nothing worse than a bad skin condition and a terrible pain in the ear to add to it! Sarah I can see that you have put a huge amount of time and effort into helping Oscar get better. I hate to imagine how desperate he must have felt when he was straying and in such a bad condition.

You really have done a great job. Please give Oscar a little tummy rub from me.

Well this little gentleman has such a lovely laid back nature……He looks fab now Sarah you have done great work with him – I’m sure he is missing you and Jessie already but he has been just great since he arrived this evening….ate his dins, took his meds, enjoyed a nice rub….for which I got my first kiss…so gentle and as I type he is beside me having a snooze….he has been out to explore the yard…but only when I go with him……should be fun when my two fur kids get home tomorrow morning. Big licks from Oscar to Sarah for a super holiday.

Look at me now….though I don’t really like the camera

    Im only a little gent

Ah am done with all this modelling lark….

Thats cheating taking it when I’m snoozing on your lap…

Was at the vets today…..my coat is fully grown back…..had my claws clipped…ears are getting better a few more antibiotics and should be back to normal…..certainly hearing more of what is going on around me….actually I miss nothing.

Rossi And Tess my foster fur friends are good fun ….Tess and I play wrestling ….Rossi is alot bigger than me but he is a big baby really. Im getting use to being spoiled and I love all the treats that come my way I am more relaxed around food now that I know there is plenty to be had and Rossi & Tess never try and steal from me. My bed time is early enough…..I start snoozing about 8ish ….but look for cuddles about 9:30. Im fully toilet trained and Audrey says Im excellent on the lead…..she can walk me barely holding the lead. I love my crate, tummy rubs and treats so if you think you have room in your heart for me I would love to meet you and I "paw"mise you won’t be disappointed.

It is so nice to see Oscar looking so well. He looks like a completely different dog now, I had him for a few days before he went to Sarah and I can see an amazing change in his coat. The poor little fella has had a long journey of recovery . He is a fabulous little dog with his own quirky little personality .He was so good even when very sick. His only little glitch was being grumpy with other dogs around food so i am delighted to hear that is gone. His coat does not shed but needs thinning about twice a year. He is a great size dog to have around a house ,he is also a type of dog that would suit many households as he is not demanding. I find it interesting that his bed time is still early, when i had him he used to go absolutely "out cold" at around 7.30. He is a real head turner there are not many of these around any more or so i was told and they are very expensive to buy. He deserves to find his forever home and whoever takes him will not regret it.

;) He is very good with the typing isn’t he? Loved his ‘paw’mise bit, very inventive. You really don’t see many ‘Oscars’ around so he will be a bit of a prize for someone and his coat doesn’t shed, that is GREAT. We must live in the hairiest house in the UK so for a dog coat not to shed is a huge plus. By the time I have finished brushing our mob I could almost make another small to medium-sized dog out of all the hair!!! As for the hoover, well it cringes when I get it out of the cupboard. Oscar is a very smart little dog and he will have managed to put his rubbish life behind him because he is now living a very nice life and will continue to do so under the very good care of DID and all involved. We all know he will land in a great home and be watched over by the spectacular DID team for the rest of his life.

I did a HV yesterday with a family who would love to addopt Oscar. Just hope it would work out as there is already a young lady living with the family and we all know how picky the girls can be ;)

All the best Oscar, you already have loads of hearts on your side. Sure now you will find the perfect place to stay.

Well Oscar met up with Kathy and Kim yesterday evening and was a brave boy getting his vacination….he didn’t even flinch…(can’t say the same for me as I nearly passed out when the needle was produced) His coat is coming on fantastic so much so he is needing another trim soon……This morning he was down with Mark in Terenure Vetinary Clinic and got give a full clean bill of health…every perfect and back in good working order…YAY!!!!!!!
This little man is a pleasure to have he loves to be beside me but he comes into his own when he is around other dogs….he celebrated his clean bill of health by having an extra long wrestling bout with girlfriend Tess…..don’t know who is winning as its played at a lightening speed but they are both in the corners taking a well deserved break…oh I spoke too soon the bell must have just rang as the next round has just started….no matter what the outcome Oscar is Winning dog ….just look at what he has come through in his little life the person who gets this little winner is set up for a very rewarding life.
