Poor Polo, what an awful state he’s in. It’s always so hard when these ‘special cases’ come in… We’ve fostered more than one ourselves and the commitment to medication and vet visits is always worth it when they are fighting fit again and running around enjoying their second chance!!

Night,night, Flo. You must be exhausted from all of your entertaining. You look the picture of health and happiness. I still remember the day we took you from the pound – you could barely sit up you were so unfit. Now you are like the doggie Jane Fonda!

I’m outraged that you didn’t come anywhere in the rescue dogs competition – the judges clearly don’t recognise true beauty. You are beautiful inside and out. Such a caring, sweet little thing and full of divilment!

You’ll be happy to know, Flo that the baby in my belly reminds me of you when she’s kicking me really hard in the ribs. Just like you used to do when we were on the couch and you’d be demanding rubs!
I’m sorry to hear you’ve to have an operation. Don’t worry, it will be fine. I know you don’t like the vets and fiesty Flo comes out when you’re there!
