    Rest in Peace Schubie and run free at rainbow bridge.

    I know it is a tough time for skymoon and family, but rest assured that you gave this gentle giant and very happy ending to his life. Well done to you.

    Oh what a shock – wasn’t expecting to read that! I’ve been quietly following this big baby. You must be devastated – but how wonderful you were there to love him to his end. RIP Schumacher.

    Really sad to hear of Schubie’s passing. He was indeed handsome and georgous.

    To his wonderful foster family- rest easy in the knowledge that you loved and cherished him while he was with you and for that you have all our thanks.

    Sorry to hear this Jetta, he was lucky you took him out of the kennels and after that set-back you did so much to socialise him with other dogs…and you took him back when his adoption didn’t work out. You were there for this boy.

    I am SO sorry to read this sad news but to echo everyone’s thoughts, you were truly amazing to him all the time he was with you – and it was a LONG time!. Schumacher passed away, not as a "rescue dog" but as a much loved member of your family. He was a very lucky man. Well done for all the care you gave him. :) :)

    So saddened to read such unexpected news….Jetta you g.ave Schubie a bed, a family, foster sibilings and most of all your heart… he knew he was always home and you gave him his final and most wonderful chapter to his life

    Thinking of you all at this time of such loss.
