Registration – problems with confirmation code acceptance

i have not been able to register my microchip as i am missing registration code. Anyone help?

If its Fido.ie there should be a code on your registration card . It at the top … if you are haveong problems email registrations@fido.ie they are very helpful .

Thanks. Did not get registration card, only his number on adoption sheet. Will try fido.ie
