Registration – problems with confirmation code acceptance

hi,

A colleague of mine has tried to register on the site many times but keeps getting a message to say that the confirmation code is incorrect. I sat through this with her and the same message appear. Is there a problem with registration process on the site??. I am not sure if you are aware of this but just in case there are others who have been trying and maybe dont persist!!

i have not been able to register my microchip as i am missing registration code. Anyone help?

If its Fido.ie there should be a code on your registration card . It at the top … if you are haveong problems email registrations@fido.ie they are very helpful .

Thanks. Did not get registration card, only his number on adoption sheet. Will try fido.ie
