You can check each county for dog friendly hotels and guest houses.
I know the Ardilaun Hotel in Galway and Randals Hotel in Killarney allow dogs to stay in the room with their owners.
Yes I checked out this site some time ago. I’m feeding my dog Arden Grange food – it has a 3 star rating similar to some of the Royal Canin products much not as expensive. But most important my dog loves it!
How is Oscar? Hope his ear infection is clearing up – poor little thing must have been so uncomfortable. Has the vet decided when he is going to do the operation?
