Tuc just left…..so now I have Goldie all to myself.
Mam is dropping all wet things on me (tears I think they’re called) just because Tuc’s gone. I really just wanna go out in the sun….life goes on. Mam thought I’d take to my bed all sad but I’m happy sunning myself in the garden with my best friend EVER! Mam said I’m meeting someone special this evening….. I’m all excited.
I’ll let you know what’s happening peeps…..when I find out. ![]()

Has your ear straightened up? You look quite the grown up dog sitting there enjoying the sun. Your poor foster Mam, I am pretty sad myself that you are all moving on and I have never met any of you, but I have in my head

And then there were none
My last baby went to his forever home today. I had a fabulous week with Tubs all to myself but today I dropped him to his forever home. I wasn’t really sad because I worried about Tubs as he is quite nervous, but his home couldn’t be more perfect for him!
He has his forever Mam and his fur sister Chrissy. He had met his mam already so wasn’t nervous meeting her again. And Tubs went doolally (mad) when he met Chrissy!!
He adored her, but his crazy excited dancing scared Chrissy a bit but I have no doubt they’ll be great buddies before long. His Mam had even crocheted a little coat (just from looking at his photo) for Tubs (now Toby) to keep him warm in the garden. He might have to eat and grow a teeny bit more to keep it on…..he did a little strip in the kitchen when he walked out of his coat….and Chrissy got interested!! In the last photo, the new family are all cosy and Toby is happy and relaxed, my job is done. Bye bye my darling…..I know we’ll keep in touch. Happy Life. xxxxxxxIMG_2690.JPG

Ah Yvonne, I am in absolute awe of you and the wonderful job you did with Tess and her 3 gorgeous babies. You went several gazillion miles above and beyond the call of duty and to see all 4 in their "happy ever afters" is just amazing.
Of course your house will feel empty for a while but no doubt it will be filled again very quickly.
Meanwhile, enjoy your well deserved rest – you are fantastic!!!

Thanks so much Susan for the lovely comments, but it’s no more than we all do ( yourself included) for the DID doggies. Have to admit had a duvet day yesterday – not been possible for past 4 months! Just want to say thanks to Kathy for all her support, to Marie for her advice and goodies for Tessa and pups and to Claire for getting loving homes for my 4 babies. And finally to all those who followed the little family on this site, thanks for your comments and interest over the months. ![]()
