If this boy is good with other dogs, we can help him.
Unfortunatly this boy was surrendered in by his owners so no-one is looking for him
but thanks for keeping an eye out! Spiro was very friendly with Dylan who has his moments with some dogs. He is quite a gentle dog, loved his treats.
had spiro out today was a bit or a rainy walk but he didnt seem to notice

I wouldnt say he is too used to getting too much affection but loves it when you do give him the rubs! loved the treats today but really just loves having the nose to the ground in the grass..his hunting genes kick in! with a bath and a good groom, this guy would be so hansome…he has really unusual eyes..very amber in color..quite distinct! lovely fella..
Wow, Spiro bears an uncanny resemblance to Piper- a Retriever X girl I have in at the mo….. beautiful amber eyes as well, and the same little white bit on the chest….
So glad Spiro got out into foster care – thank you. Lets hope he finds a nice new home soon. He is the spitting image of a springer/retreiver cross my friend has here in England. He initially was really nervous and shy but he is now regularly competing in agility and winning many rosettes so it goes to show how with patience, a dogs life can be turned around!!
Spiro is very happy to be here with us and we are very happy to have him. He is looking fantastic after his groooming and loves to be petted and rubbed
. He has settled in very well and is extremely well behaved. He is quiet during the night and no howling. He loves going for walkies as well. He is eating very well.
We will keep you posted and try to put photos of him up(if we can!).
