This little man is doing great with Ruth. Thanks to her patience and kindness he is beginning to come out of his shell
snowy.jpgSnowy continues to do very well in fostercare. He is great out walking and has his regular friends he loves to meet in the park
snowy.jpgSorry am only getting around to this now, Snowy who is now Gatsby is getting on great in his new forever home, he’s settled in great and has made him self right at home! He loves going for walks in the morning and evening and a quick walk before bed! he’s just a little bundle of energy and he’s learning to play with his new toys though he’s still a little unsure and protective of them so no fetch just yet! but it’s great to see him throw them and run after them himself! hes got him self a new Christmas jumper and a coat too for when he’s on his walk! that he loves to wear and refuses to let us take off!
anyways just a quick update on how well he’s getting on, a huge thank you to dogs in distress , kathy and Ruth for giving him a second chance and working with him!Rebecca & Gatsby! xxxc
image.jpgJust another quick update on how great this little guy is getting on, Gatsby went to the vets last week to get his vaccinations as they were due and wasn’t phased by it in the slightest full of kisses towards the vet:) hes beginning to make some friends when out on his walks too and i cant help but feel sorry when they don’t play back as hes unsure how to wag his tail fully making other dogs unsure of him but when he does get to play hes the happiest gentle little dog who’s days been made.
He also went to his first day of college today and to say the least found learning about ruminants all a little boring but gave everyone in the class some kisses including my lectures. Hes a happy little camper now as he went shopping to buy a new bed and came home with two, hes finally learnt to share the ground with our cat.. and the food … sometimes, but this is a long way considering he wasn’t to fond of the cat to begin with.in class.jpghere’s just a picture of Gatsby going on a hike up the big sugar load with his new best friend Ollie
image.jpgThis little guy is now 3 months in his forever home, he’s loving life and is perfectly behaved most of the time! he’s starting to come out of his shell a lot more and give the odd excited bark when people arrive just as bichons do:) he’s scared of cats now witch is a change from three months ago chasing them! At night time when I say bed he grabs his teddy and jumps straight into mine despite having two of his own! but he’s to cute to resist! :’) he loves his teddy now that he has something that is his and carried it around the house with him 90% of the time!
