Archie got his clip today and is looking superb
I am so proud of Archie as he has tried so hard to fit in and has come such a long way . He is brave little dog with bucket loads of love to give
He is so clever and watches everything. He has learnt from the other dogs and has really tried do all the right things. It is amazing to see how love and care can change a dog. He is so handsome, his coat is really coming on and his lovely little personality shines through. He gets on well with the other dogs and loves squeaky toys but he is never far from my side. Well done Archie, you are the best xxxx

Archie is looking very handsome, and cute as a button too. So different from the original picture of him. TLC, a warm bed and some good food and look at the difference. A very happy looking chap.
Archie update ![]()
Archie has just returned from his Easter hols
We find with every passing week his personality shines through more and his confidence grows stronger. If in doubt Achie sits down and watches what is going on, he loves observing everything
. He has learnt so much from the other dogs, dogs are great teachers much better than us humans
He loves his toys and he will play chasing all day long.
My other D.I.D dogs are doing good. Hamish continues with his visits to the nursing home as a therapy dog and is loved by the residents. Lucy is still a diva and rules the roost and spends her time grooming Hamish ![]()
Charlie, my 18 year old collie who has trained in the DID dogs so I think he is a member too
is still going strong, loves the walks and going back to his home in Kerry and best friend is Timmy the cat who has adjusted to 4 dogs ![]()
I have enclosed a few pictures ![]()

Archie, Lucy and Hamish went off to get new hair do’s today. Here is a picture of young Archie fresh from the groomer, before he rolls in muck or something much worse ![]()
Archie just keeps on getting better, everytime I think he has reached his peak he suprises me and goes that extra mile
He has welcomed our last addition Benji with open paws and has minded him and shown him the ropes :shock ![]()

Hi,
I remember last year we were on holidays here in achill and I saw Saul’s post. I was so mad as again I had missed a little Bichon. When you look at his original photo and look at him now, he is such a happy handsome little chap. Its only when you look at the old photos of these dogs, and the up to date ones you can see so clearly much happier dogs, with expressions that show how much they are loved, and love back.
But as they say "whats meant for you will never pass you" and now we have little Scrappy. He was surely meant for us I am told by friends, something to do with his mischievious, lunatic character.
What would we do without our four legged friends to love us unconditionally .
Archie on his hols, he was only groomed last week and could do with a bath again ![]()

He is so cute, and I see him off the lead on the beach. Lucky you can do that. Scrappy would be in the ocean or somewhere and never come back. Archie looks great and happy. Just looking from his first picture last year, looks like a different dog altogether. He is now a happy little man. Well done

Thanks Mary
Archie is a great little fella, very happy and loves to be sitting on a lap when he is not chasing around the house and garden after Benji and co. All credit is due to Archie as he has come on so much and is so lovable. Hope your boys are doing well
its hard to keep the Bichons white
