she was to fill in request form with ashton but they need reference number

I didnt get a ref number as she only came in at the time, but she is the surrender GSD that came in on Saturday if that helps.

They went up to the Pound today to ask about her as they said she would have to fill in a form as shes a pound dog.

So I will know this evening how she got on

Yes, she was fostered but is now being adopted by the family yesterday.
