Can you imagine the slagging you would get walking your pooches in the park/on the beach!!! As you said – only in America.
Whatever brainless wonder thought that rubbish up should be made to wear whatever its called. The whole thing is a disgrace. I pity any poor dog subjected to such a thing and we all know how stupid some people can be. There will be a poor dog somewhere with that thing stuck to its rear end!, being laughed at by morons. It makes my blood boil.
