Petal is now known as Patches and her forever family report
"She is settling in very well. Really gentle with the kids. She is careful of new people and takes her time to trust, but that is ok.
She loves her exercise and is such a fast runner. Full of energy when out!
We all enjoyed a lovely Christmas getting to know Patches better. We took her down to Clare for a couple of days over the xmas and she enjoyed the run of the fields.
We are training her on the leash to realise passing dogs are not a threat. Even in the few weeks her pull on the lead has eased greatly.
I hope if Patches could talk she would say she is very happy !!!

She got her forever wish ………a family to call her own , who loves her and appreciates her.
Maybe Santa just came early.
Again another dog who has had no life up to now.Now I am really wondering how poor little Jacky is doing without his girlfriend.
He seemed so happy having a new friend and he did such a good job in teaching her not to be scared and how to be a dog.

Jacky is missing her as well- life is just not the same when you are alone (no bro or sis around to annoy you) but also looking forward to new challenges and companions
