Thank you for letting me know, much appreciated. i filled out the form early last week and i know it takes time to process them, but just wanted to know if Percy still available and what could be done to reserve him if at all possible.
I met Percy today. He’s brilliant. He waited his turn as there were a queue of lovely dogs waiting to say hello to me (heaven!) and then Percy pushed his way forward and was so gentle and affectionate in the way that he greeted me. He’s such a special little dog. Now that I have met him it makes me all the more angry and saddened about the terrible neglect he suffered before Dogs in Distress interveined. I’m so happy that he is starting 2013 in a such a great foster home and will find his forever home soon.
We went to meet the geogrous Percy today, we have fallen head over heels with him. He is such and easy going guy. We are all so excited to bring him home to give him the love and security he deserves and I know Ossie will be a great companion for him too
hugs and kisses Percy and Woof from Ossie x
Well Percy had his dinner, a small play with Macey and is now snoozing.
He met Ozzie this afternoon and I think they will be firm friends. ![]()

Ossie looks chuffed with his new buddy! Have many, many years of messing together lads
.
It’s been nearly 2 wks now since Mr P has been with us. It feels as if his been here longer . He has settled in really well very funny at times. He loves his run along the beach with Ossie , he is exhastec for the day after it
He really keeps Ossie on his toes. Just finished brushing them both which is a hilarious task as the 2 of them fight over who is brushed first and then when the other one is being done there pushing in to get another brush. He also likes to hide his treats at present his in the press under the stairs hiding his bone… His making sure Ossie doesn’t find it this time
!!!
Hi Percy good to hear you are doing well and still on your hiding missions.
Macey really misses you for someone to drag around the kitchen everyone else here are all too big.
The beach must be fun
Are you getting better on recall?
Don’t forget to keep up the co pilot job it’s very important.
Remember the first time I took out the brush you ran out the door I think you thought you were going to be murdered but then realised it was a good way of getting an all over scratch. ![]()
You were one of the best little boys I ever had. ![]()
Keep us up to date with your antics.
Here is the very independent Percy after 6 mths in his new home.
He has settled in great and never without his pal Ossie. These two have caused mischief around the house but both are loved around the neighbourhoodossie and percy.JPG
