This stunning puppy is in fostercare and doing great. He would be best suited to an experienced home with another dog as he missed out on a lot in his early life. But its onwards and upwards from here
Hey there, very quick update to let you all know that we adopted Pepper around weeks ago to come and live with us and our previous DID dog, Nigel. After a bumpy first few days (thanks Kathy, a rock of sense) he’s settled in brilliantly. He’s such a brilliant, placid, gentle guy, he’s actually making Nigel look really difficult in comparison!
Its been hard for Nigel as if he could speak he’s probably tell you that he’d like to be the only dog but he’s done amazingly well at just getting on with it and secretly, i think he likes the company.
Nigel will always be my "baby" so to speak, we’ve barely left each others sides since we got him three years ago so its been hard for me to seem him feel like hes been pushed over a bit but its a learning curve and everything seems to have settled now.
I’d like to thank Barbara, his foster mum for minding him until we got him and always the tireless work DID for all the abandoned dogs out there.
If they didn’t have you working on their behalf we’d be seeing these poor dogs in a lot worse circumstances.
Thanks
Emma, Aidan, Lauren, Freya, Conleth, Nigel and Pepper. (Two goldfish too but reckon they don’t count!) p.png n.png p2.png
