Hi Our dog is on Hills Z/D and its €65 every 2 weeks .. As far as I know only the vet can supply the prescription food. I tried to get it on line and they wrote back and advise that it needed to come from my vet as its prescription. Joan
Hi, check out http://www.medicanimal.co.uk no perscription required for food, drontal (wormers) or frontline but you need a perscription for advocate and frontline combo. I am pretty sure it is free delivery to Ireland once you spend over 59 euro. I always ring them to place my order so I can pay in sterling as the conversion rate on their website is terrible! Perscription food also available without perscription on zooplus.co.uk and .ie (free delivery only you spend over 59euro) however I think medicanimal is cheaper for perscription foods. I have also ordered off http://www.petmeds.co.uk but only got dap collars. Hope that helps! For alot of the items that require a percription, you can ask vet to fill out one of their forms and fax/post/email, however I have never done this all my girls meds are covered by insurance (thank God!) but you would save a bomb ![]()
