Max is a 3 year female medium dog. Max is only up for adoption as her currently family work all day and feel it is unfair on Max to leave her alone all day long. Max is a lovely dog, she is playful, happy and would love to be part of a family who would love her. Max is excellent with other dogs and wonderful with children. She is house trained and lead trained. She is excellent in the home and loves a cuddle. She is a really obedient and a pleasure to be around. She would be a wonderul family dog for any home. She is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.

She definitely loves a cuddle and seems to have taken to my 10 and 8 year old very well. She definitely is a pleasure to be around although she is still taking her new surroundings in. She seems to notice every little noise which is to be expected.

We are a family with young children aged 3 1/2 to 6. No other dogs or cats at the moment. We sent in an adoption form last night and very interested in finding out more about whether Max might be a good match for us. Hoping to hear from someone soon…
PS, Lovely photos!November 19, 2009 at 4:43 pm #90109Linda123MemberMax has been with us since Monday and already feels part of the family. He is just brilliant with children, very very gentle for his size. He loves to be snuggled and loves to play ball. He greets everyone in the house in the morning, after school and every time we come back to the house. He loves going for walks and also loves coming home for a snooze. Hope you like the photos, her head is black in colour and she seems a little camera shy, very hard to get a picture with her looking at the camera
December 13, 2009 at 10:41 pm #91200Linda123MemberHi all, sorry its been a while since we posted but had problems with our password. I have just re-read my last posting and realise that one minute I am saying he and the next its she… well Max is definitely a she and I’m still having trouble with that ie. her name. We decided not to change her name as she is 3 years old. Max is wonderful and my 3 children absolutely love her. My daughter (10) cleans up after her all the time. That is when we let her out the back garden every morning to do her business my daughter comes down and without asking her she goes out and cleans up. Max is a wonderful dog, brilliant with kids and also brilliant with other dogs. She just loves to be part of the family and loves cuddles. I will try to upload some photos tomorrow…
