Hi, well, this little lady arrived to us last Thursday. Thanks to Philip who picked her up from the pound.

We called her Jingle, as she responds very well to this name and it suits her.

She is very shy and timid. She is 100% house trained and has good manners, however what ever happened to her in her short life – she became very afraid of men. She is not aggressive, however when my husband tries to pt her – she gets to the ground, hides and sometimes even accidents happen. When i am next to her, she would accept any company, so i believe she just needs time.

Jingle is very smart. She actually escaped today, when my husband was trying to get her into the car. Although, she spent with us less than a week – she found her way home back to us herself.
She is getting well with our cats, well she simply ignores them, she get on well with our own dog and dogs in a park. smart, but very shy lady. I believe she will come out, just needs time.

    A quick update on Holly.

She is doing great. After visiting a vet last week, when she was spayed (well she had an operation before, but they had to open her to check) she is now back to active lifestyle.
Holly gets plenty of walks and really enjoys them. She is a quiet dog, no hassle at home at all. Even in a garden, she would not run around, unless you encourage her.

She gets very well with our dog and she is good with kids. It just takes her some time to accept a new person, but once she does – she enjoys the company.

    And some photos:

    quick update on Holly.

She is doing great. Her shyness has magically disappeared. She is running with our cats around the house, enjoying the games with our dog and even manages to steal the ball from him (and he never gives it away).
The only bad habit she has – she likes to chew things. No, not the wires or furniture. Her favourite – is plastic of any kind. However, it is easy to manage – get her a plastic, strong toy – and it keeps her happy forever, until she destroys it. As long as she has a toy – she will never touch anything. So, everything under control.
She is also a fan of bananas and cabbage :) She is very health dog, is very active and managed to lose some weight, as recommended by the vet. She is quiet around the house, but would demand some attention, once she notices that you are not busy. She greets me every morning, before going for a walk. :)

We walk without the lead at all, because she is very well trained, responds well to her name and is very careful with the dogs and people around her, and would examine them first, before approaching anyone.

Holly went to meet the family, who were interested in her. And she absolutely loved them. Usually, she is very shy around new people, but she got into the house, even found the food and the sleeping place of their own dog. (which usually not they way she behaves with strangers)

She also met Munch – little terrier that lives in the house. She played with him, run with him around the house and really enjoyed her time.

So Holly made 3 new friends today and can’t wait to become part of their family.

Just thought we would give a quick update on Molly (yep we changed her name again, but she responds well). She is getting on really well with Munch, we know call them the M&M’s, it took her a few days to get to know the place and Munch is looking after her quite well and sharing all his toys and treats. She is really starting to come out of her shell!!

We brought them down to the park and beach yesterday and Munch was "protecting" her from the other dogs, was quite funny to watch.
