They look great. For what it is worth Buzz used to twitch,it was like an uncontrollable tic , I changed his food and the twitching seems to have disapeared, both foods were very good brands. Just a thought.

Thanks for all your admiring comments. :)
Those Rogz collars are brilliant. I washed Bax’s yellow one and it’s come up a treat.
I really LOVE the purple ones though! :D
Thanks also to Buzzsmom, it’s quite comforting to know that someone else has had experience of the twitching thing.
Hallie is in really good form and I am giving her vitamins and oils for her omegas to improve her condition.
Bax is getting them too I have to say, not that he needs them like she does but it won’t do any harm.
I am hoping that as she recovers her condition the tic might ease up.
She is still pretty fragile and nervous sometimes though so very much better than she was.
I think it will take a bit of time for her.
She is the sweetest little girl and very affectionate.

As with Baxter’s post this is just a quick one to say that Hallie is coming along really well and is at last growing some hair! I am in Australia on a visit to my daughter and her family and here until April. I have two lovely little grandchildren and it’s wonderful to spend time with them as we all know they grow so very fast.
It doesn’t stop me missing my babies at home though!
Nick sent me a lovely pic of Hallie curled up with the cat which I will post if I can manage to figure out how to do it on a different system.
It’s hard to believe that Hallie was such a timid little thing when she first came to us as she’s a bouncing bundle of energy now and flies around the garden (and the house) after Bax and steals his best nylabone from under his nose.(He just watches her in disbelief as she trots past………..) They are the best of buddies. :D
She has also apparently been in the flood water that covers the path on the walk route but Nick says when she is wet she has these tiny little sparrows legs and she looks so funny
I would love to see it.
As I said on Bax’s post I am worried they will not know me on my return but am hoping they will. It would be horrible if they treated me like a stranger!
It’s hard to leave my daughter  but coming home to these two little beauties will help enormously and give me something to look forward to. :D

I know what you mean! Taffy’s legs are exactly the same when he’s wet – you’d wonder how they stay up with those skinny little legs

I’m home at last to my lovely puppies and boy has Hallie come on in leaps and bounds – literally! She is on springs!
She is much hairier than when I left for Aus and also fatter and has lost that awful boniness in her little body and feels quite substantial now.
She is the happiest little dog and really settled. She knows her name now too which helps! She is losing her fears and phobias and getting more and more confident. She is not the shy, timid, frightened little waif that came to us.
She is hilarious with Baxter and what he has in heft she makes up for in audacity and really bosses him about.
Baxter has a really loud bark and there’s no way she can compete with that so she howls instead! it’s hilarious!
Talk about chalk and cheese! I love the way they are so different from one another and yet so compatible too.
When we go out for a walk in the woods she just trots along off the lead as good as gold. She’s a little angel.
She is a really pretty little dog now and absolutely no trouble at all.
I know her confidence is only going to grow as all the bad things recede into her past.
I will post some pics in the next few days.

She is one happy hairy little hound. :D
Here is a picture of us together. She is a different little girl from when she came to us and is so playful and such a good girl. Not one bit of trouble.

Sorry about the pegs on the line in the background! Not very picturesque.

Just a quick update on little Hallie. I have just scrolled through her pics and I can’t believe this is the same little girl that we have now. She is conked out on the sofa behind me with not a care in the world. She is such a happy little dog who skips and hops around the place and loves chasing Baxter around the garden or stealing bits of his pigs ears or his bones. It’s very funny to see her creeping slyly off into a corner with a great heavy beef bone. She is really good with the cats now and Norman has had to integrate with the dogs or starve!
He rubs up against them and is quite happy in their company.
Hallie always gives us such a warm and loving welcome when we come in and we get lots of kisses.
I will post some pics if I can get her to keep still long enough. She is really difficult to photograph.
Just thought I would let you know that she is happy, healthy and doing really well. :D
