It was lovely to meet the people behind the posts, these are the people who are responsible for ensuring that families like mine (and there are lots of us) are settling down in front of the TV tonight surrounded by the love of a rescue dog. Thank You. You must all be exhausted so I hope you’ve gone home to open a bottle of wine and put up your feet for the evening.
A second BIG BIG thank you for choosing Oscar as the Rescue Dog of the Year – I was so overwhelmed I don’t think I thanked anyone at the time. Oscar has become an instant snob, he swaggered back to the car and sat up like royalty all the way home. As I type this he is sleeping in his new bed – there’s room for another 3 or 4 dogs in there with him but everytime poor Max goes near Oscar is reminding him that he won the bed not Max!!!
Oscar had his photo taken with his two Foster Mammies: Audrey and Sarah … They’ll be Oscar’s ‘Pin Up Girls’ on the door of the fridge!
Here are a few photo’s from today …
