darcy…. happy 3rd Got ya day

just thought I’d post (if allowed) on Darcy’s 3rd anniversary
No before shots as the website format changed, but 3rys ago the great DID team alerted me to a very scared surrendered JRT …
now it hasn’t been all plain sailing… He def had "issues", frightened of people (esp men ) and still has issues with other dogs…

but…while it took 3 months before he wagged his tail at me…he loved my other dog from the beginning,He is now a confident JRT full of mischief (without fear of reprisal) and now smiles with his eyes and wags his whole body with joy.
My little cuddlemonster/ extreme terrier has repaid a thousandfold any kindness offered.
Of all my previous ex pound dogs he’s been "challenging" but worth every bit of training and patience. THANK YOU
