    Blackie has settled in really well. I will have to improve my fitness levels to keep up with him on his three walks a day. He is of course still on the lead. He is obviously very bright. He likes both of us, not too particular about whose lap, any lap will do. Even on day two he is into his routine. Food, walks and night time, it is as if he has always been here. I had to do a hasty bit of garden security upgrade as he is taller and more agile than Harry was. We can safely let him out the back garden at night for a prowl and he comes back to the door when he wants in.
