Oh Billy – You are so thin and I see you have a sore on your flank.
I am so glad that DiD have saved you. Were you neglected or just abandoned?
I will be watching you and waiting for you to blossom in your new loving foster home.
You are such a handsome boy and I hope people realize that 10 is a GREAT dog age (I go Flo and 8 and Henry at 10 and could not recommend that age enough – Perfect!)
Rest up Billy and enjoy your new start,
d xxx
Look at that waggly tail blur!
Well i can safely say that now Billy you’ve gone from none to Billy numerous mates…..Big shout out to Joan for taking you into her home and her heart….
Watching you and wishing you nothing but the best that life can bring your way young man
We had Billy back at the vet today. He has gained just over a kilo in weight, and we’re delighted with that. He is still very skinny and malnourished but he’s eating everything we give him so we’ll take him back in a month to be weighed again. His eye has healed really well too. All in all Kathy, we’re really pleased with how he’s doing, he’s settled in well and our other dogs are getting used to him.IMG_1094.JPG

WOW Billy – You don’t even look like the same dog.
So handsome and healthy!
He really is!!
In the three plus weeks we’ve had him his coat and skin have come on so much everyone who sees him comments on how soft he is! And also that he looks much bigger! I cant notice it looking at him but I can definitely notice when lifting him in and out of the car
He is probably just hitting 30kg, hes got a lovely big chest and head but the weight is slow to reach his skinny bum! Think is from all the tail wagging! It doesnt stop! ![]()
