Unfortunately one of my dogs (won’t say who) does not give Benson an inch, and if she heard a growl at all she was in for the ful 10 rounds. As it was progressively getting worse with each encounter I have farmed her out and there is peace. It is no fault of Bensons as my other two and himself are all lying asleep on the floor around me no hassle at all.
I felt that this would be a very bad situation for Benson as he is only a puppy and it could spoil his character before he even starts.
Please, if anyone can foster him until he gets his forever home (which I am sure won’t be long) you will be doing him a great service.

Just to add a note on Benson he spent some time in foster with us and he really is a brilliant little man. We have three other dogs who he got along well with. He is so adorbale and has a little face that could melt your heart. We are not in a position to foster him at the moment as we have no room with our other fosters and dogs otherwise we would in a heartbeat..but he is a lovely man!

Well benson is happily with Catherine i collected him from syd’s and he was very happy to see people and travel well in the car. While myself and Catherine talked he just went off for a nap in the back. Im sure Catherine will update as soon as she can…

I met Muffin/ Benson today while out with Cassius & Ellie in Tymon Park. Catherine had Missy and Pal too so we all had a great time . Muffin is a little dote and was flying around with the pack sniffing and chasing. A really friendly little fella, he is so clever, he was the first to sit when he saw me taking the treats out of my pocket . With plenty of encouragement this guy would be a dream to train and an ideal candidate for agility- he has brains to burn and is a really fast learner

So Benson is here with me now and he is a funny one ….
My dogs like ice cubes but he absolutely loves them.. really !! He loves to steal things and run.. just for the fun of it .. anything will do .. toys .. socks .. hats .. Best game ever he thinks
Very clever .. lots and lots and lots of energy … agility would be great for him … he clears my doggie gate no bother .. but he needs a good run off the lead every day !!!
He is very gentle .. great with my kids .. loves the company of the other dogs here and any he has the pleasure of meeting while out …Ellie is a favorite … can’t wait to meet her again he said !! but no one tell Missy please He is vvv
Benson has been through the mill so to speak … he has had so many homes in his short life he really needs a stable family that are going to love him forever !!!

What more can I say about Benson … He is an absolute delight !!
Full of fun and mischief but such a gentle little puppy …
He is great with my two boys !!
He’s good with all dogs we meet and his recall is good. He loves a swim. He does pull a little on the lead but with a little training this would be sorted out in no time. Unfortunately with between 3 and 6 dogs and puppies with me at any given time it is impossible to do this. Again I think a family that would do agility with Benson would be great. He is so clever and full of energy he would be a definite winner
