This little man is in foster with Missymoo (thanks a million
) until Louisa can take him at the weekend ![]()
We’ve been calling this little guy Basil as we didn’t know what his name was yesterday and we think he has a Basil Brush look to him
He has been settling in well and has such a lovely little personality. He’s been harassing Mitch since he got here chasing chasing chasing and trying to hump too
Mitch is loving him though and getting plenty of exercise
They’re good pals already and have spent the last hour doing laps around my couch and then leaping into their bed over and over and over
My two guys have been sleeping through it all ![]()
Here’s the Basil look!!

Love the name! He is as cute! Cant wait to meet him! ![]()
Thanks Martina
Really enjoying fostering and am so glad to be able to give these guys a home for a while, just wish we could keep them all but they deserve much more ![]()
Louisa he is so cute and full of personality. He’s a bit nervous with our mastiff (just his size I think) but has no problem sticking up for himself
He has this little whimper that would break your heart when he wants attention, so you’ll be kept busy!! He’s is just adorable!
I finally got this guy to sit still and look at the camera for a couple of cute snaps so just had to show them off ![]()

Well this little guy has just taken over in my house
He was neutured yesterday with no problems at all. He came home from the vets and was still ready as ever for a good play
He has no fear in him anymore of our Mastiff and now spends the day picking on him by biting the backs of his legs and trying to hump him too
Hopefully this will be sorted now after his trip to the vets although it hasn’t kicked in just yet
Baz is a very lively little fella so he’ll need plenty of exercise and play to keep him occupied. He eats like a horse and has eaten so much on a couple of occasions that he has made himself sick
He is now been kept well away from the other dogs food
He is a lovely little guy who loves belly rubs and any attention that will come his way. He is a little unsure of new people and tends to stay a safe distance from them for a little while but when he is sure that they’re ok he’ll come over to say hi
He’ll be fantastic little companion for someone out there!
Basil is back in foster with us from today. As he is a puppy he is full of energy and loves play, walks, cuddles and loads of love! He is a chewer
but he seems to be easily distracted like all puppies
He seems to love Max our Mastiff now and Max was delighted to see him back in our house this evening. Max even did a little excited dance around the kitchen when Basil strutted back in the front door
Whoever gets to give this little guy a home will be getting the best little guy out there. He loves loves loves playing and will need plenty of stimulation to keep him from getting bored. He is fast asleep beside me on the couch at the moment so the bit of play seems to have him wrecked ![]()
Is Basil looking for a new home?
If so, is he good with children?
We would love a JR and he is so adorable.
Thank you
Basil is still looking for his forever home. I don’t have kids in my house but he has been around my niece who is 2 and my nephew who is 8 and he seems to be fine with them. He is nervous at first when meeting new people and tends to back away from adults but he will go straight over to the kids
He needs company with him so someone at home most of the day or with other dogs would be good home for him.
Basil went off to his forever home today
Mark dropped him off and when he was leaving, Basil was busy playing ball with the kids and his new doggie brother Kenny and never even noticed him leaving
So just like that he’s all settled in
Traitor
Can’t wait to hear how he’s getting on. Best of eveything to our little Baz and his new family. I know he is definitely getting an upgrade in life
The house is very quiet without you ![]()
