Dobby is 6 weeks today and almost ready to leave his mam Dolly and go to his forever home.
Dobby was the only boy in the litter. He has a different head to the 2 girls – a longer snout. He is the most placid of the pups. He just leaps around from adventure to adventure. He doesn’t have much time for cuddles as he’s too busy playing.
He does love to climb on me and try and chew me, my clothes anything he can get his little jaw around. He was originally the biggest pup, but his sister Dixi has overtaken him.
Dobby is a good eater, but likes to go play in-between every bite, so din dins can take a while. He was the first pup to give drinking water a go, and now he likes his little tipple!

Well done getting them this far , they are all a credit to you.Dobby is adorable. He will be 7 weeks old tomorrow. He is a very chilled little pup. This week the pups have been let out onto the patio for a little fresh air and exercise. Dobby loves running around like a silly monkey, and running behind the flower pots, so his Mam Dolly can’t get him!!
The first time outside he was a little nervous but now he charges through the kitchen and down the steps and he’s away…….
Great news is, after about 15 mins mayhem, Dobby is more than happy to go back to bed and snooze a few hours away….

He met his new human family last week and they loved him. Then Dobby went for his first journey by car as a big boy all seat-belted into the back seat. He went to meet the fur side of his new family. All going well, Dobby will have a fur sister Molly (Polly a DID rescue ) to teach him the ropes and to play with.
Dobby is due to leave us on Wednesday evening….. there will be tears but Dobby is going to a family who clearly adore him. Dobby will have 2 teenage human sisters who want to spoil him rotten as well as a new Mam and Dad to keep him in line.IMG_1453.JPGDobby got his Happy Ending today when his new family collected him and took him home.
It was a pleasure watching you grow little man and hope to follow you into the future. Wishing Adrienne and family a very happy life with Dobby. (Watch out Molly, Dobby’s coming to get you!)

It’s great to see them together and I hope they’ll be great buddies in the years ahead. Dobby you look very cosy in your little bed – I’m surprised not to see Jenna in there beside you. Just sharing a lovely photo Adrienne sent me of Dobby and Molly playing tug together……lovely to see. And then little Dobby tucked up in bed all played out.

He seems to have a good appetite!! Himself and his fur sister Molly are like the terrible two – always up to something.
Thanks a million for keeping the photos coming…. he is looking so big, but still has that cutie pie face.Image 1.jpgImage 2.jpgIndianna – I’m not familiar with the breed, but I googled it way back when you first suggested Dolly may have been cavorting with a border terrier….I thought you were onto something…. looks like you may have been right!! Sadly for the puppies, Dolly is still not telling us who’s the Daddy.

I got a lovely text and photos from Adrienne, she says:
‘Dobby is a bundle of fun and trouble! He’s still up to devilment with Molly. They roll around the floor pulling ears and whatever else they can get a hold of.’
