Is annabelle in the pound? I have a box of treats in car and reckon she and all other stunning poundies deserve some treats!

Well Annabelle came home to the seaside today! She is amazing in the car and even fell asleep in the traffic. Needed some bribes to get in but was well behaved. She has no idea how big she is and is a big wuss The tv scares her so bad we have not been able to let her in sitting room so in a few days when confidence improves we will try again. The bath was a quick as she was nervous so we didnt push her. Eats like a horse and is quiet as a mouse until she gets scared and then the bark would wake the dead!
Toilet training is non exsistant and she would put Dumbo to shame with her ‘pressies’ so lets pray she a quick learner! Right now she is snorring like a pig on her new bed with a blanket over her as she is very skinny

Update tomor on how the nite went and if il be sellin bags of manure fresh from floor…

Just an update on my ‘belle’…She is slowly starying to show her personality and ran in the garden for the first time at weekend,she looked like Forest Gump braking loose of the leg braces:lol: She got so excited she slipped and smashed the plant pot and before i even opened my mouth she had ran back to bed and looked at me as if to say sorry Bless! On her walks she is so good, friendly to every dog no matter size shape or gender! She pulls a little to sniff trees etc but nothing that wont be rectified with practice. She has no aggression to cats she just wants to stand and stare then when they hiss at her she just blows her nose in gest and trots off. She has yet to try the stairs except with back feet firmly on bottom step she streches up about 5 steps like a star but wont go any further! We had workmen in house and she never batted an eyelid at them and they were in and out every few mins, the only thing she has grunted at is her reflection in the glass in the evenings Pics to follow later!

I love the photo of Annabelle and her teddy. She seems to be really coming along well in your care. Its great to see her confidence building.

Just a quick update… Annabelle is so much fun to have in the house and really who ever homes my baby will be blessed with daily laughter and cuddles from her. Last nite after 3 attempts opened the bathroom door while i was in shower then licked me dry i presume as a pressie roll on shower number 2- with door locked!! While my sister been treating her to long walks in the morn 2 dogs have aggressively gone for her and she just backs off and hasnt even shown her teeth back.. its like she takes it personally and gets upset they dont like her! Our last foster wiggles buried his treats and she discovered a few yesterday to her amusement and the garden has few extra drainage holes thanx Belle! She desperately pines for a doggie friend and even tho my sister been walking her with other doggies she would adore someone to curl up with in bed or play in the garden with She looks so jealous of the dogs running free on the beach and sulks in bed after her walks. She is literally built with a heart of gold and looks at life with such innocence!

Hi if you fill out an adoption form the admin girls will organise a homevisit(maybe by me as i know what she needs best). What i will say about Annabelle is that she a very rough with her play, so small dogs beware its not something that cant be fixed with training, but as she been in heat iv been unable to allow her really play with other dogs off the lead as most of my friends dogs are male so when she does get a wee play she goes ott. She will need some ammount of more lead training as she still nervous at times and stops dead…. 5st tantrums- Belle causes amusement to all other walkers!!
As i said in last few posts she cannot go to a home with kids under 12ish(if they small in stature she’ll flatten them) she just a big lump of love and when she wants to cuddle you dont get a choice! Any questions on her just ask and il be putting up some overdue pic’s later iv loads!
