InactiveRoxy is a 6 month-old border terrier mix. She sleeps in our downstairs bathroom and it’s always clean in the morning. She never makes a peep! It goes without saying that Roxy is an indoor dog and will only go to a home where she will be kept indoors.
Roxy knows the commands "sit", "down", "bang bang" (play dead), "paw", "drop it", and "leave it". She walks great on the lead and is fine off the lead in the big enclosed park, but isn’t quite ready to be walked off lead in an unenclosed place. She is fully house trained and goes for a walk every 3-4 hrs during the day. She does not bark indoors.
Roxy is great with other dogs of all ages and sizes. She likes kids, but does not live with any, and I think she’d be best in a home without kids or with much older kids since younger kids move fast and are very loud, she tends to get a bit depressed when she spends too much time with them. She’s fine with cats, she likes to run after them, but only wants a good sniff.
We really would like to see Roxy go to a great home. When someone does decide to give her a forever home, I would be more than willing to share all of my knowledge on training and grooming if they need it. I’ll even meet up to give an obedience lesson for her new owner(s) if they choose. I think I covered everything about her here, but if you have any questions about her at all, don’t hesitate to ask!

InactiveUpdate:
Roxy is doing great with toilet training. She hasn’t had an accident in the last 2 days. She goes almost immediately when we go out for a walk, so she does know the difference between going outside and inside.
We also discovered Roxy’s passion for sports. She will play football for as long as you let her! She went over to our nephews’ house for the day and went nuts over their footballs. It’s almost impossible to get past her defense. Not so great on offense, but she’s working on it.
She’s been eating a lot since she got her new puppy food, so we hope she’ll fill out a bit.

InactiveRoxy is doing fantastic here. We’ve had no more accidents and last night she didn’t make a sound when we put her to bed. We even left her in the sitting room while we went out for dinner and came back to find the house just as we left it, with her fast asleep on the couch!
She hardly play bites anymore because I just started training her not to. She catches on to training almost immediately. She is a very intelligent dog! She is also very quiet in the house, only growls or barks occasionally when she hears something outside. She stops when we tell her to.

I have not noticed a reply to the posts on this lovely pup. Is she still looking for a home?
