Thanks for the message Joan :) she really is getting on great I brought her out since and she met a load of other dogs and wasn’t nervous or anything so happy days her encounter with that tough dog at the vets doesn’t seem to have had any impact on her thank god :)

We really are mad about her she has turned out very well. What a waste it would have been if she hadn’t been saved from being pts. The whole extended family is totally mad about her too always willing to take her off my hands if I’m stuck.
She has come a long way from that little pup that I saw jumping around your sitting room :D . She’s a perfect example of why you and all the people in dogs in distress do the work you do. We hope to still have her in years to come when she’s a little slower on her feet and a little grey around the mouth :)
Thanks for everything and I’ll put up some new photos of her soon :)

    Hello everyone

Well I brought Coco to the vet today for her boosters & our vet said she was in great shape. She was very good and gave him loads of licks. She’s gas :D . some dogs are a bit afraid of the vet, but not Coco she’s mad about him  .
She ran in the door of the surgery . When we were leaving we had a bit of ordeal though :o . there was a big German Shepherd in the waiting room and she went for Coco :o . I have to say I got a fright. Thank god she was wearing a muzzle so she didn’t hurt Coco. Coco is a lover not a fighter so she didn’t react
at all at the time, but when the owner took the dog away Coco let out a little bark  the poor girl, she’s only a soft mush :) . I don’t think she was too traumatised by it at all I got more of a fright than she did.
She’s wrecked after her day now and is asleep in her bed all cosy :) I’m going to bring her out in the morning 1st thing to meet all her friends on the walk so she knows most dogs are not that mean.

    Bye for now

    tom

    Hi Joan

We are so happy at how she has turned out. She is so healthy and full of fun. This dog is a little dinger, she picks up on things so quick.
She is bursting with intelligence and spark.
At home she’s a laid back couch potato, but bring her out for a walk and she is all action. :D

Oh Audrey you are dead right I saw Rusty too I’me convinced she’s a litter mate of his, they are so alike.
As soon as I saw him I thought the same as you.
