Polly is doing great. She’s grown so much since September! She’s loving the snow at the moment and loves to prance around the back garden. She loves going on walks and has made lots of doggy friends on her travels! She gives each of us the best welcome home when any of us have been out… lots of jumping on top of us and licking our faces allover!! She’s doing ok with the toilet training but still has a few accidents (usually on my bed!)
Everyone says she looks like a little fox!! Her legs have got really long and her coat has lost it’s fluffiness and is now lovely and silky. The white tip on her tail has turned to black! She’s growing and changing by the day. She loves to lie back and relax in her bath, she’s so funny! She loves to howl and bark and let on that she’s a force to be reckoned with! Hi Cathy, Well Polly’s been with us for a whole week now and I don’t know how we ever managed without her, we all love her so much. She’s so funny. She had her first bath last night and got her hair all brushed ready for the vets today. She’s not getting her needles ’til next monday as the vet said she’s still to little. She’s found a new place to have her nap in on top of the washing basket!! She just loves to play and gets so excited when the kids come in from school, pulling on their trousers to get them to go out the back with her. She’s so affectionate and likes nothing better than to lie on her back on your lap and get a good tummy rub. I’ve loads of photos but I don’t know how to get them up on the forum. We’re so glad her sister Poppy found her "forever home" too. Hope you are all well and that Nelson is not missing the puppys too much.
Thanks so much for everything Kathy. We really admire the great work you all do at DID. We hope that Polly will be as happy with our family as she was with you all. We have her bed and toys all set up for her arrival tomorrow! We can’t wait to bring her home. We’ll keep you updated on how she’s getting on and post some pics.
