Dandy went to his forever home today
Mark is missing him lots already He really wanted to keep this little guy but after meeting his new family he is sure he’ll be loved and cared for forever Thanks to the O’Callaghans for giving him a new home! I’m sure he’ll be pure spoilt by the three girls Denny is getting on well with us. He is still a nervous little fella and tends to run from new people, but was great with Marie’s son so think he’ll be good with kids. He spends the night lying at your feet waiting for any bit of attention you want to throw his way
He gets on well with the other dogs but doesn’t seem to like too much rough playing, he’ll play for a while and then comes back to us for a cuddle leaving the crazy dogs behind him He is a very calm pup He’s eating well, when away from the other dogs and loving any treats that come his way He’s not too good on the lead probably due to his nerves, but has definitely improved so will do well with training, He really is a lovely little guy who will be a great addition to any family.Denny home about 2 hours and already settling in
Dandy gave him the guided tour of our house and wouldn’t leave him alone God love poor Denny He’s had a bath and a warm meal and is now settling in for the evening with a rest from Dandy who is fast asleep after exhausting day He was a little nervous for the first half hour but seems good now, even allowing me to brush him after his bath except for his behind and tail! Post some pictures soon.Dandy has really settled in now. He has taken over the couch, loves nothing better than to flop on your lap in the evening, and even drapes himself around the back of your neck like a scarf
He’s getting on great with the other dogs and is the first one to come back to you when off lead, unlike our own dogs He’s eating well and loves his treats and shares well with the others. A great all rounder!Well Megan went to her forever home today and we’re already missing her.

As soon as you sit on the couch he’s up to sit of your lap He spent some time at the weekend with my 18 month old niece and was great with her, even when she threw herself on top of him He’s great on recall already, he loved the run around the Phoenix park at the weekend but was delighted to get back to the car too Fast asleep on the way home
