Thanks Kay for minding the babies for me. Its been great to have them from day one as I never had the real puppy experience before. Roxy is missing them but she,s not too bad. thanks again. Maura.
Hi All. Well as you can see the Girls are doing fine. They are just beautiful. All are very playful and getting the hang of my commands, Roxy is having great fun with them, Delighted to know their is so much interest in them. Maura
Well All the girls are doing fantastic. Almost fully trained to go out the back to do their business. They have a special place they go to in the garden. We still have the odd mishap and when I,m in work they use the puppy pad near the door. They are now totally weaned. They are eating like horses and have a very varied diet. They love chicken and rice, Mince and potatoes and are almost completely on the dry food. I,m now doing the sit and give the paw and Lola has the hang of it. Mira will do the sit now and again and as for Rosie well she is usually on my lap having a cuddle as she is much more gentile than the other pair. She purrs like a kitten. They are very striking little things and should only be small when fully grown. As this is my first time to do the puppy thing and it is an experience. We,ve got a routine going and it seems to be working. Roxie has been a brilliant Mum and is very busy teaching them all the doggie things they must know. I must let you know that I met up with the fabolous Lola the pitbull the other day and she is just stunning. Her new family are totally in love with her and she is wonderful for them. I will be having the pleasure of taking care of her for a week in July while they go on holidays. I cant wait. Also Rosie the staffie is doing great in her new home. Been spoiled rotten.
