Jake is a lovely friendly dog and his owner just hasn’t been able to give him the walks and attention he deserves. He’s stuck in an apartment all day with no back garden to play in so I hope someone can give him the loving home he deserves.

Lucy is doing great and lying on the couch asleep here beside me as I type. She’s still doing well on the lead and not pulling much at all most times unless she see’s something she wants to investigate! She was jumping up on me whenever I came down in the morning or home from somewhere but she learned quickly that she didn’t get a rub til she sat down so now when I come in the door anytime she sits down straight away and hugs my hand with her paws as I rub her belly, she’s so cute! Hope she finds her forever home soon.

Lucy is getting on great and learning very fast. She’s so much better on the lead now thanks to some training to heel which didn’t take long at all, she’s so smart. I can’t believe it’s the same dog when I walk her now compared to when we first got her. She’s so loving and just amuses herself in the house with her toys and comes over every now and then for a rub. We had Jimmys Dads staff over for a sleepover and her and Lucy played all day, she had great fun and didn’t even mind Jess sleeping on her bed or stealing her tennis balls!

She’s great with other dogs but doesn’t bark at them, she doesn’t bark that much actually. She’s brilliant in the car and is well used to it as we bring her in the car all the time for her walks. She loves kids and is good with them, she’s great in the house and fully house trained, she doesn’t chew on anything in the house either, just loves her chew toys. She’s a medium sized dog but tall enough. She’s strong on the lead so a little training on the lead would be needed, we’ve done a bit with her and she is a quick learner and will sit, lie down and stay when you tell her to.

Lucy has been with us a few weeks now and settled in straight away! She’s so lovely and friendly, loves meeting new people and is great with kids and other dogs! She’s quite strong on the lead but we have had no problems letting her off and she comes back no problem when we call her. She is a little jumpy at loud noises and passing cars when we have her out walking but other than that she’s just happy to be out walking. She would be great for an active person or anyone that loves long walks, she also loves a good ball chasing to tire her out! I’ll upload some photos of her getting comfy on the couch!

Toby went to his new home this evening so the house seems all quiet tonight and we’ve no one to snuggle up to us on the couch and lick our face, but he went to a lovely home and we know they’ll love him just as much as we did and probably more! I wish them good luck and they have themselves a lovely little boy!

Tobys doing great and him and Kas are the best of friends! He didn’t know what to make of the snow and was running around trying to eat it as it was falling. When he’s out on his walks everybody loves him and gives him loads of attention, those cute big ears of his attract alot of admirers. He’s such a lovely dog and loves to lick your face loads. He’s really quiet and really well behaved. We have him booked in to get neutered tomorrow poor fella, hope he’s ok. Here’s some pics of him

Jimmy took Toby home with him on Sunday from the pound and he’s getting on grand. He settled in straight away and is such a lovely little fella and just loves a good old belly rub! Can’t understand why his family would surrender him. He did bark abit last night when we put him to bed but stoppped when we ignored him long enough. He’s a little nervous especially with Kas but she does have that affect on some dogs! When she wants to play with him he wants to play too but then gets a little terrified but I’m sure in a couple of days they’ll be playing fine together!
