I was on the phone to the pound, I can foster Terry but I’m having trouble getting down for thursday (the deadline), because of work. I will get down one way or another if I have no other choice, but it would be great if someone could foster him until saturday (also I’m coming from Belfast so its harder).
any advice would be great thanks ![]()
I already have 2 rescue staffies, one of which I found here (Remember Silver), and I really like to focus my efforts on this breed because in my experience they make up about 80% of most pounds dispite being such lovely dogs!
so my long over due point is I’d like to foster Terry before its too late.
Should I ring Ashton tomorrow?
Thanks for the help.
I will definately foster Rua or any of the dogs in certain danger, please let me know whats happening with them.
could someone tell me a bit more about this wee cutie ![]()
Awh that we girl looks so cute, small and pleasant!! ![]()
Hello everybody just wanted to let you all know that Silver is gettin on brilliant with Tara and loves his new home, he’s exhusted, we walked the two of them for hours both on and off the lead, so help them get used to each other, now they’re both plum tuckered.
I’d like to thank dogs in distress for this fantastic service, it really is making a very real difference!! ![]()
Hi I was planning to go down to the pound tomorrow and hopefully get Silver. Does anyone know what time the pound is open on Saturday?
Thanks for any help
hello me again, do you have the telephone number of Ashton pound?
Would it be possible to reserve Silver until Saturday as I really want him but can only come down at that time?
thanks for you time.
Hello, I’d be interested in adopting little Silver. The thing is we have another Staffy called Tara, a female (neutered) who we also rescued from a pound.
Tara is 6 and quite lively (not at all aggressive), great with people, especially kids! Shes been fine with other dogs on the lead or off whilst out. But i’ve heard 2 staffys are best rasied from pups in order get on well in the home?
Say it ain’t so because I love Silver!!
