OMG….I’ve just realised it’s exactly 2 years today when Harley was first posted with DID, and it’s such sad reading.

You must be joking Audrey…it took us 4 attempts to get them to stay there and if you look closely Furby is sulking and Harley is ready to make a run for it (but then Harley is always ready to run for it lol)

Great to hear how well she is doing (and you too Audrey). A flyball dog for sure! Looking at het latest photos is like looking at photos of Furby…amazing likeness.

Such a relief that she’s back home with you now Audrey. I’m thinking that the best forever home this baby could have would be with you after all you’ve been through together. I think she’d find it hard to settle anywhere else and I think your bond with her is now too strong to break. Hugs to you both x

Sitting here with a tear in my eye but a smile on my face knowing that you and Velvet have had some time together and that she’s bearing up. Am seriously not impressed with the way you have been treated by the surgery…good on you for ‘storming’ the drawbridge!
Next time you see her tell her Furby and Harley are storming for her too x

I can’t stop thinking about the beautiful Velvet and Ron is also wavering. Maybe doggie No. 3 is on the cards!

Hi Audrey. Saw the photo of Velvet on FB tonight (everyone thought it was a photo of Furby!) and have just read her story. I’ve made a donation via paypal of 50 euros to help with the cost of her op. My heart is turning over looking at her and I would just love to have her here with Furby and Harley. Persuading Ron however is not an easy task (not sure what my landlord would say either lol).
You are doing a fantastic job with her. Has the date been set yet for the op and will it be done in Ireland? Keeping fingers and toes crossed for her (and you). Kisses from us and licks from Furby and Harley xx

This was his very first flyball lesson. The reason he’s so keen to get back to me is because he knew I had a treat waiting for him! Getting him to run the other way for the ball might take some time lol.
