wow, how good do they look together ? Designer dogs, colour coordinated with different textured coats.
I hope they will share many happy years together.
Audrey ,I know this little man had a very special place in your heart you can see that clearly from the pictures. He was a lucky dog to have had you as his foster mum and it looks as though he has struck gold in his new home .This little dogs luck seems to have been switched back on.
Thanks Marese…..he certainly is fitting in well there….and Im getting very regular updates which is so important for us foster folk as we worry about every little thing…but I know that he has struck gold when this family came along…..I know he is going to remain as happy there as he was with me…
They do look like the best ‘put together’ team of dogs. What a difference to Oscar from first image to the most recent. Happy days for him now. Well done to ALL fosterers, the work you do is so very, very important. ![]()

Love all the pictures ….take it the first one they are doing a bit of bird watching…..Great to see Oscar confident enough to ly on his back with Max right beside him….thats a good sign….I miss you loads Oscar as does Rossi and Tess but can’t help being so happy for you too!
Delighted to see Oscar so happy in his new home ![]()
Day 13…
Oscar & Max have settled into a routine:
wake up, breakfast, walk, crazy play time, nap, crazy play time, nap, dinner, crazy play time, nap, walk, nap, quick visit to garden then bedtime!!
Oscar is great fun and he has brought out the puppy in 5 year old Max. They love their walks and play time but Oscar seems to respect that Max likes ‘Time Out’ during the day.

Just as well we don’t have rules about ‘dogs on furniture’ …
SHARING IS CARING.jpg
Ah I so proud of Oscar….and glad to see that Max still feels top dog even with his new brother! Its such a good feeling seeing him so happy and having the life that he and all our D.I.D. doggies deserve.
delighted to see that things are working out well for this little man , he looks very happy.
Oscar has been with us for a month now. He’s just wonderful!! Max and Oscar are best buddies – they have settled into a routine together that involves lots and lots and lots of wrestling and racing. I could spend hours watching them play together, best entertainment ever.
Visits to the beach are great fun. Oscar occasionally wanders off to explore the sand dunes but quickly comes back. He likes crab claws… he finds them on the beach and makes so much noise as he crunches them with his teeth, yuk!
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at the Fun Day.
Gosh where did that month go to ….we still miss him lots here and yet I am so happy to see him as happy as he could possibly be…Think Rossi and Tess gave him the crab claw habit….we they settle for that when they can’t find lobster

Your boys are so well matched. Love the most recent photo of them on the beach. So nice to get the up-dates and we can all stay in touch with Oscar. It took a while but its all good now and it makes me happy to know he is safe for the rest of his life.
