IMG_2492.JPGyoddyMemberHee hee I didn’t get out of bed hardly at all today. The heating was on all day and I had my teddy bottle so I was just so cosy wosy in my blankie that I hardly came out. I forgot to say yesterday that I also like to eat shoelaces. I hope that’s a real good thing and helps me get a lovely family.
Indianna, foster mam said she’d pop me in a matchbox and send me over special delivery to you for a cuddle. I think I’d like to swing on a sporran but the bagpipes might scare me.
Kissies to everyone – have to go back to teddy now. Bye Bye

IMG_2471.JPGyoddyMemberA day in the life of Tessa…..Play with the pups toys and make sure they don’t get to play with them at all……Try and eat real fast before the pups all stick their heads in her food dish…..Exhausted power nap while puppy-sitting.

IMG_2519.JPGyoddyMemberAh Buttons you certainly have the great life! Now you’ll have to watch that expanding tum tum! Your walkies will be turning into waddlies if your Mum doesn’t eat all her food herself!! You are well and truly loved and I love seeing a post about "Annie" appear. Delighted you holidayed with Audrey, as finding somewhere you are happy with (and doggies are more happy with) is very stressful, so it’s good to have found somewhere. Can’t believe it’s 2 years – and what a wonderful 2 years. Best thing ever happened to Buttons was to be rescued by DID and find you, her lovely family. Makes me smile.
yoddyMemberWell as of today the pup pups will have their own profiles, so this all about Tessa now. Tessa will be looking for her own forever home very soon. She has the most wonderful nature and the fact she has befriended Tio (anyone following my other fosters knows Tio never socializes with new dogs) proves what a gentle nature she has as she didn’t frighten him. She loves to play (see little video) and I think a home with a playful doggy companion would really suit her. She had to be with me every minute, so having Tio now as a playmate has allowed her to go off around the house and play without me in the room. She is very young herself and loves playing with toys and chasing Tio. She has never damaged anything in the house (no chewing, no pulling down towels, no upending the recycle bin) so she is very good. She doesn’t like to be on her own, although she sleeps great and doesn’t wake early anymore. She will bark if left alone, knowing you are in the house. She is a little crazy as she’s probably just a big pup herself, so maybe a bit too full on for very young children.(Although training would probably sort this out). My friends 5 yr old was a bit overwhelmed by her wanting to play. Tessa and Tio playing this morning: http://youtu.be/wlfdLx0ljDA

IMG_2453.JPGyoddyMemberOMG they’re out. The pupsters are running riot. The house is in chaos. Tubs is on his mobile calling pup line to report Tessa for squishing him. Otherwise I’m on top of things.
Tubs was the first to take the big step out of the crate (Tessa obviously blames him for her pup pups running wild). It didn’t take long for Twix and Tuc to follow….they are flying around the place now. They’re so small they can easily slip through the puppy gate, so they go over to the park for a waddle when I’m not looking (well I think they do). They wouldn’t eat their soaked kibbles until yesterday (Yay!! ) and today they’ve already moved on to Tessa’s bowl of dry kibbles.
Here’s a (bad) video of last week when they ventured out: http://youtu.be/wcmU8MpjmRw
Ann I’m sorry to hear of your dog passing…..the pups will be getting their own profiles at 8 weeks and I’m sure Claire will be in touch about your application form then. Yvonne

IMG_2443.JPGyoddyMemberCongratulations Izzy and forever family! She is a real cutie pie – love the photo in the frosty grass – really shows off her beauty. Have a happy and fun life together.
yoddyMemberWell last week we had eyes opening and this week we had little walkers!
The pups decided to stand on their own 4 feet (paws) and have a wander around the crate. Tubs is still trying to break free but hasn’t quite mastered the step out of the crate, but I’m waiting to find him out on the patio one day soon. Tuc is a right little character – strutting about and eating Twix and Tubs. (I had a bad experience this week which is why I haven’t been near the keyboard. I had my arm in the crate and Tuc and Twix attacked me. They got my arm and my thumb and I could have been savaged if they had teeth. I was lucky and it was just a matter of cleaning the sucky off.) Tessa is doing great – she’s only a puppy herself and is very playful.
Here’s a little clip of Tessa being a frustrated Mamma and Tubs still working on his escape. http://youtu.be/gH-GgRvLuRM

yoddyMemberJust a little video of Tubs doing a great workout to trim up his waistline.
Twix is snoozing at the back and Tuc has taken himself off to a quiet corner to snooze on his cushion.Tubs in Training: http://youtu.be/TQKmJPY7pek
PS The pups eyes are open! Twix was the first (girl power!!) – she had one eye on us yesterday. Today we had 6 eyes peeping!
IMG_2397.JPGyoddyMemberHi Tessa here – sorry I haven’t been in touch but I’m worn out looking after those pup pups. I want to complain to DID about foster mam – after all her talk about sharing the pups, now they’re here she has me doing everything while she swans about. I have to feed them, clean them and sleep with them. I was at the vet yesterday getting my scar checked and I got the all clear (I was hoping they’d take me in so I could get a break ).
I’m eating loads (comfort eating) and gaining weight as I was very skinny after the pups popped out.
Well my life is so miserable at the moment – I’m counting the weeks until the pups leave home and I can go clubbing again with me mates. I do kinda like Tio though and I think he fancies me I like stealing his teddies, but he kinda lets me. If anyone wants to adopt me ASAP and get me outta here, I’d be thrilled. Ha ha then foster mam would have to mind the pup pups.

IMG_2396.JPGJanuary 22, 2015 at 11:27 am in reply to: Mylo – ref 257 – Husky x Collie – 10mts old – HOMED #123361yoddyMemberI love seeing all the happy photos and stories about Mylo. I was in the pound at the time the call came in asking about how to surrender Mylo (I was collecting a dog for DID). I felt so sad listening to the pound staff telling them what to do……why get such an active dog if you haven’t the time and ability to look after them So glad Mylo has landed on all 4 paws with his forever family who certainly know how to look after him.
