More great news – happy life Tex, you are a sweetie!
yoddyMemberCongrats Jodi – happy life with your forever family!
yoddyMemberNothing else to say only aaaaahhhh……what a cutie!
yoddyMemberBeautiful pictures of Bobby. He’s a little trooper – looks in fine form after his op. He looks very settled there with Jacky. It’s great to see him so happy and having such fun. Give him a hug from me. You are looking after him so well…..hopefully he’ll get his forever home soon.
yoddyMemberAnother DID happy ending! Mel/Daisy is a beauty. I fostered lurcher puppies, knowing nothing about the breed, and they turned out to be the most affectionate pups ever. Have many years of fun together!
yoddyMemberWhat a lovely post. She is a real little cutie and great to hear her story.
yoddyMemberGreat to hear Bobby is going from strength to strength.
I know what you mean about his speed – took after Goldie (my 14 year JRT) and I thought she was going to have a heart attack running away from Bobby!
They look great little buddies – wish my pair were as friendly!yoddyMemberJust read Tyler’s story and my stomach turned. What do adults get out of abusing tiny little animals? Well done to the woman who rescued them and to DID for loving them. Have a great life in your new home and enjoy being loved.
yoddyMemberSuper pictures – I knew he’d love a playmate! He looks full of mischief. I’m delighted to hear his kennel cough is improving as my poor yorkie picked it up from Bobbie. We are just back from the vet and he is in isolation! I will get both my dogs the kennel cough vaccine (didn’t know there was such a thing) when they are clear of the current infection. I hope Jacky is ok. It’s great to see them so playful together.
yoddyMemberHi – I know this might not sound very loving, but my 14 year old jack russell is on anti-biotics a lot. I gave up losing tablets in food not eaten, or soppy tablets spit out after treat eaten. Now I open her mouth, pop the tablet in, hold her mouth closed with my hand for a few mins and she eventually has to swallow and the tablet goes down. Then there’s loads of praise, rubs and of course a treat. Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. I in no way hurt her and it stops all the mucking about with tablets. Please nobody berate me for this – she’s a healthy little girl and is still with me because she took her meds!
PS I love Lucy – can’t stop looking at her posts. I am sooo tempted but already have 2 doggies. She is adorable – I love the goldie oldies too. You’re doing a great job with her – well done!
yoddyMemberAnother happy ending – great as he’s such a cutie! Good luck to Reilly and his new family.
yoddyMemberLovely fun photos – no wonder you kept Hetty. Another happy ending – love it!
yoddyMemberWell done as Mel looked very much like part of the family anyway! Have a great life Mel with your wonderful FOREVER family!
yoddyMemberThat’s great news. I felt he would love a playmate as he was totally distracted when he saw my 2 doggies. Unfortunately my Jack Russell at 14 years didn’t want to play chasing with him! My yorkie is unsociable at the best of times so I had kept them apart.
I knew the minute I put him on the floor in your house that he was in his element with Jacky. Thanks so much for helping not only DID, but helping me when I couldn’t continue with the fostering.
Enjoy Bobby – he’s a dote!yoddyMemberWhat a powerful story – well done for all the love you have given Sooty.
