I for one would miss you wonderful posts – you have such feeling for these doggies.Just e-mailed my local TD. If you feel strongly enough that this legislation should be passed please make your feelings known to your local Dail representative. Just click on the link – it will only take a few seconds but will make a huge difference to the lives of these dogs who have no voice – this is our chance to speak for them.
Siobhan fell in love with Millie (Fairy) the minute she saw her in the Pound. She took her home to live with her two "girls" and Millie had a wonderful – sadly if short – life since then. Who would have thought this little girl would go from being very frightened in the Pound – in bad condition to chasing deer the Phoenix Park and more recently herding sheep on a farm – she has had a wonderful time right up to the end. She was so tiny but what a personality.
Thanks to Siobhan for giving this terrific little dog a warm safe home with lots of love and TLC.

I remember Boomer when he was in Ashton Pound – he was so frightened he could barely move – just look at him now
– what a transformation – thank you and well done to all who helped Bruce on his way to a safe new life.Many thanks Tom, best of luck in your new business venture which I hope will go from strength to strength.
So many doggies in warm safe foster homes this week – thanks to Aunt Kathy, transporters and the wonderful foster families without whom none of this great work would happen – well done – you will probably never know how greatly appreciated you are.
Cara Vets have a "Kitty Condo" car boarding facility. Details are on their web site caravetgroup.com – it might be worth enquiring.
This poot chap is really nervous but once out for a walk he begins to enjoy himself. Monty is very friendly and affectionate. Sadly I think he hasn’t had the best start in life but hopefully that will change very soon.
I remember when Little Tess came into Ashton. She had a very bad skin condition which had never been treated and needed prolonged treatment. Justine and John took her into foster while she awaited her forever home but I think Tess had other ideas and decided her forever home was with John and Justine.
Tess has certainly made up for lost time – she has had great adventures and a warm and loving home.
