:D Well splendid Summer what have you been up to? I imagine you love being out and about. Was watching a TV programme recently talking about how much humans need to be out in daylight for good health, fresh air too. We are all too housebound these days. Nothing like a brisk daily walk regardless of weather. You would be a great walking companion, up hill, down dale and your person/family would be as fit as a flea

:) I cannot believe that Snowy is still in foster, she is a grand little dog. I am sure she would just adore her very own forever person/family that she could dote on. She would be a super little companion, someone to ‘chat’ to 8-). I imagine she loves speaking to everyone when she is out and about?

:D I would bet that you have been busy Twinkle. Love all your photos, out and about spreading your charm hither and yon  You have a beautiful face and no doubt a nature to match! :D

:D Nellie wellie and I trotted off to support Second Chance Kennels’ fund raising day, Bark in the Park last Sunday. As soon as we arrived Marie who runs Second Chance with Ena yelled NELLIE and scooped her up for a hug. After I managed to drop a pea into a bottle and won a little bag, we moved on. Two tents later, the shout of NELLIE rose again and Ena who runs the rescue scooped Nells Bells up for a big hug. Both Marie and Ena were delighted to see Nellie and she is more than happy to get attention from them. She is a charming little dog – unless you are a hedgehog – say no more  We entered the six classes we could, even the fancy dress. Didn’t have any fance dress so I said we were aliens who were disguised as a human and a dog but we didn’t win anything for that one. There would have been a riot from the people who did dress their dogs up, but its all in a good cause. She did, for the second time, come second in the dog with the waggiest tail class :D . Beaten into second place by a Spaniel this time, was a Lab the first time. As soon as we come first in that class we will retire from entering it again. Got a few nice dog toys, two of each for both mutts but Nellie is doing her very best to destroy them so she gets limited access. The nice knotted bone she got for Christmas via the dog training class has been reduced to a knot with long threads hanging off it but she loves it so can’t get rid of it yet. We got a lovely welcome from Dudley and her grandad when we got home. I left Dudley to keep his gradad company. He (Dudley) loved going through the bags and grabbing toys out and running off with them while being chased by Nellie. Her grandad greatly admired the rossette she won and he told her that she was a very good dog having brought yet another prize home. A good day all round. That is it from Nellie world for the moment. :D

:D The first image is great, handsome little dog and beautiful view, where is that? I don’t think it is a trick of the light, has got pink streaks in his hair? Makes him look very chirpy and colourful, great photos of a lovely little dog.

:o Goodness me, what a difference in her coat, if she was clipped you would hardly know 8-) . Will the area between her front legs come back :? ? Even if it doesn’t, she is so much happier, or should I say happy :D . She looked pretty well down and out when she landed with DID so its lovely to see Jessie looking bright and cheerful as any Westie should. Foster family must be thrilled to see such a difference in their little foster dog.

That photo of Jamie and cat made me laugh. It is like a ‘Mexican standoff’. Jamie appears to be trying to work out if he is feeling brave enough to tackle the cat. The cat is probably thinking "one wrong move puppy dog and you will find yourself covered in the cat from h…"   I love Happy Endings :D

:D Well, take first prize for testing your family to within an inch of their lives! :D They clearly passed with flying colours and their ‘clearing up after you’ skills have been honed to perfection   As for hanging over the edge of chairs waiting for one of your slaves (sorry, family members) to pick up your toy for you :o – well, I am speechless and believe me, that is no mean feat. Your family should start the book of your life right now, the story of Marley would pale into complete insignificance by comparison. I enjoyed reading your blog thus far and very much look forward to future instalments ;) – keep up the good work 8-) .

:D That photo and up-date made me smile – thank you. Pippy you look great. As for breed, well I think there is a (REALLY) teeny tiny little bit of German Shepherd within :? Who cares, you are fantastic :) As for hanging off tennis balls that belong to Labs, there is no answer to that except thank goodness the Labs are nice dogs  You clearly have no idea just how little you are

Snowy Snowdrop, what are you up to? Your coat will have started to grow again now, but you were very, very smart. Not that you won’t be smart now, just a little bit more wooly – like a little sheep :D I have started to wander into fantasy world now ;). You meet and greet other dogs nicely – don’t you? Just need a bit of an up-date again, although your person is very good at keeping us all informed of your comings and goings ;). Please send some thoughts to the little Yorkie    in the Paws for a Chat section, she needs all the ‘vibes’ we can muster.

:D What a lovely surprise, great to hear from you. My head is fairly spinning having so many of ‘my top dogs’ appearing all over the place ;), well, here and in foster care :). Love the blanket being taken into the house, keep up with that one, good thinking 8-) As for going around and around, well, Wonder Woman used to spin and she frequently saved the world You must be the canine Wonder Woman boy  Looking forward to the new photos :P .

:) Know what Hailey, the best day of your life was when you were left in the pound. Not being dumped in the pound, that must have been terrifying. Your photos are great, you look like you own that shale beach you are standing on, maybe you do  Its nice to have a proper family, isn’t it. Very handy that you can use the computer, do you ever let your family use it? I have no idea who ‘Twink’ is but I hope she was thrilled to have met you 8-) Reading your blog and looking at your lovely photos has warmed my heart greatly, thank you :D . Stay happy and enjoy every day of your life, gorgeous girl.

 Wowser Snowy, your coat is so very white your most recent photos are almost over-exposed    I hadn’t realised that you had a lovely black tail. What a super, pretty little dog you are. We should find a retired person or couple who need a smart, pretty little canine companion to spoil and adore and to enjoy all of that and more that you would happily give back, you little treasure ;).
