So very very sorry to hear your sad news no words can express how one feels at the loss of our very special companions. Treasure the lovely times you all shared together.
Gosh that is simply wonderful news, brings a tear to the eyes when you realise all that she has been through doesnt it? I do wish I was able to have another dog(s) but one has to be realistic about the inbuilt costs of owning an animal. I sometimes wonder if people really think about how much having a dog costs if you are going to look after them properly.
Isn’t that the most wonderful news I have been thinking about Velvet and her wonderful foster mammy all the time and hoped so much that when I clicked on this evening that there would be good news. Well done everyone to get this far. She will soon get better now , there is nothing like your own home is there.
Hello I haven’t posted before but have been following DID for a very long time ever since we got Henry (Zucco) over a year ago. I know how bad you must be feeling with little Velvet as I went through terrible traumas with my previous little girlie who was 17 when she left us. Just to say that prayers and thoughts are being sent from the South East and the fact that Velvet ate some food you brought is a really good sign. I used to take in special cottage pie everytime I went to visit and it did make me feel that i was doing something. So I look forward to reading updates every day, I am sure that things will turn out alright eventually and Velvet will be back safely in her own loving home.
