Thanks for that up-date, great to follow her progress. As for the "I will NEVER let that happen" pah, what were you thinking foster person? I am FORCED to sleep with two terriers every night, little horrors would not even consider sleeping in a dog bed
If I dare to move the cover (because it’s too hot) I can hear a lot of sighing, huffing and puffing because on of them has had to move position and as for the looks!!! I suppose I should think myself lucky that they allow me to sleep in my own bed 
Vets do say once a fractured limb has been stabilised and because animals don’t know they have an injury they will try to use the limb. She must have been pain-free when scratching her ear which is great news and things must be progressing very well. You are clearly doing a grand job with her

Having to collect things from the garden, thinking I am sure I bought such and such, then the search begins. The disappointment on their faces when I find them with whatever is missing from the bag

Well, I am mortified I thought Scrappy was a girl not a boy. Goodness knows why so I apologise and apologise again. Sorry Scrappy (Carly), still think you are gorgeous That is a great Lacey up-date. Super little dog. If she is anything like Nellie, she will have oodles of personality, be great fun as well as affectionate, loyal and very pretty into the bargain
