Delighted for you Freddie you so deserve your Happy Ever After :P
This is one very special dog. In all my years in rescue I have to say this boy is unique and the sweetest dog ever.
It was a pleasure to have fostered him. :P

Congratulations Danielle and family you have just made the best decision ever :)
It was sad for Maise after being in a family for almost 3 years to loose everything she knew and through no fault of her own.
Glad to hear she is settling in so well and belonging again.
These dogs are so forgiving and forgetting I don’t think us humans would be as good.
Good Luck in your new family Maise I am sure you will be much loved and appreciated :)

Well said Yvonne I have listened to those phrases for nearly 15 years and yes some hurt more than others. It all depends on how much you had to get involved to help them on their way but a little bit of your heart goes with them all.
If it didn’t you would not be doing it.
Yet by doing it and not making it about you it is possible to save a life and get involved in a much bigger picture.
Lots of people on this site will agree they love to see the update on their foster dog and to hear how its doing. Some get cards and emails. Also some go back to their foster Mum for Holidays when the family go on holidays.
Dealing with dogs in Pounds is a life and death situation and time is not on their side so please think about just sharing your space and time to save a life.

Thank you for fostering the little man you have just saved a life and I mean that sincerely.
Without people offering to foster we cannot achieve what we need to do which is to save healthy dogs from being destroyed needlessly especially when they have so much to give and also in this case so young.
Looking forward to the updates although he looks so content and as they say he is sleeping the sleep of being warm and safe :)
    Well done and thanks.

    Looking good Rosco :)
I have to say with all this shyness you do a very good sorry I am guilty look ;)
Life will improve even thought I know you will never be Mr Confident but that’s ok too.
Your foster Mum certainly has a handle on you and understands what is required which is excellent for you.
Just one word of advice please stay out of the bin in the interest of health and safety :) otherwise you will get yourself into all sorts of mischief and nobody wins.

I am certain and sure that your Foster Mum will remember to feed you on a regular basis….trust me give it a chance ;)
Looking forward to seeing you progress into a little more confident boy.

Well Freddie has turned out to be a fantastic boy. :P
He is totally housetrained and does not lift his leg either which is great. He walks very well on a lead.
He gets on with both male and female dogs. ;)
He loves mealtimes and eats well. He adores a ball and toys, he always has to be carrying something around in his mouth.
He plays all day with Harvey, they are great pals.
He is just getting the hang of what a bed is for.

He has the sweetest nature and loves to rest his his head on your knee.
He had fantastic recall and we have been in the fields and the forest all off lead. He travels well in the jeep.

I really cannot fault this boy he will make a fantastic friend and will enjoy any attention he gets.

This is one smashing dog. I have met lots of Springers but this girl is special :)
She has the basic commands and loves to play.
    She is also very pretty.
Delighted she has a family who will enjoy her and appreciate her.
The past few weeks have been very traumatic for this little girl and yet she is a happy camper :P

Great to hear from you again Cody and by the looks of things you seem to be making the most of every minute. :P
Delighted to hear you have had your first family holiday ;) you looked like you enjoyed it.
You are such a good looking chap no wonder Jessie likes you.
You are a special Happy Ending knowing what a miserable time you had before but that is all well and truly behind you now.
Say Hello to your Mum and Dad they are doing a great job.
Call back soon to keep us up to date with your adventures ;)

This is one fab little guy and a great personality. :P
He had not had a great start so far and I wonder why he still likes humans. He has been left to wander the streets 24 hours a day so was not used to being inside safe and warm. Mealtimes came and went except for a very kind neighbour who realised he had not been fed.
Strange as it may seem but he was better off in the Pound except he was really scared but he got fed and was warm and dry and inside at night.
Why do people get dogs when they don’t want them and certainly don’t care for them.

It will be all good from now on. He has had two meals, a little play throwing his chew bone around the garden.
He loves the idea of walking in and out when it suits but is quite happy to curl up in a bed and snooze.
This little man will be a great all rounder and deserves a person who will love and appreciate him ;)

This is a great Happy Ending and what a good looking boy he is. ;)
Delighted to hear he has been totally accepted by all four legged residents. He looks very content and happy.
So delighted for him as he owner would not pay the fine and collect him and he already had an accident with his back leg. All this in his short life so far but at least now you have a family that love and appreciate you and will never be neglected again :P
Thank you so much for the great photos I especially love the one with the ball on the couch. I may need that photo for a card soon.

Wow what fantastic photos thank you so much for posting them.
They certainly seem very happy in each others company.
The little face on Paddy is pure delight at getting a friend his size :)
Henry is one cute button with the tip of the tongue peeping out :P I have saved that photo for a future card.
