Delighted to hear all is going well but please please keep us posted on the boys.

All we need is a few photos from time to time and an update.
It’s so important to us and it makes our day ;)
Best of luck with your two new boys I am sure you will all have a great time once things settle down and get into a routine.

This poor little man spent a month in a Pound until DID took him out.
Fair play to them for holding on to him at a time when spaces are at a premium and there is no room at the inn.
It’s sad that they can be pts just due to the sheer volume, but that is why we do what we do and make such a difference ;)

It’s great to see the two boys homed together as they had bonded so well after the other siblings went to their homes.
The cat sitting perusing its kingdom is so funny. :D
They are a credit to Kathy as a fosterer how well behaved they are, well rounded and adjusted.
This is the whole point of fostering.
When you think that these pups were handed in to the vet to be put to sleep. I suppose at least they were not dumped or worse……..and now look at them.
I am sure they will have long and happy life and provide endless hours of enjoyment and affection.

This is fantastic well done Sam. :)
It’s great to see an ex-inmate accepting and helping a new in-mate.
So good to see it come full circle, from being fostered to fostering.
    Thank you. ;)

I love the photo of him sitting looking across the field.
He looks like the little Lord of the Manor surveying his grounds.
I think he is saying " I think this is what you call an upgrade in life"
Great space for this boy :)

Wow what a handsome pair after their visit to the beauty salon.
Seamus looks like he is so accepting of his little brother.
It’s really great that they are now such good friends.
Wilbur has obviously been watching too much dancing on ice and decided to do his own version.

Thanks for the update both dogs are a credit to you. :)

Great to see this happy union. :)

When I first met Max I knew it was a very particular dog was needed to fit the bill. He did not need one bigger than him, he would be happier with a female, a puppy was not suitable as they would end up copying his shy state.
It needed to be handled carefully to find the right dog.
I felt Max needed a girlfriend who was playful, confident, knew how to play and would still play on her own if he was slow to get involved.

Rosi (Lottie) was not in foster at this stage, we did not know she existed.

Rosi was surrendered to us because she was too lively for the family.
They looked after well in that she got good food, was wormed , vaccinated but the vet said she was too young to spay :x

I was delighted when Caroline and Peter thought she might fit in with Max and so did I, she ticked all the boxes we needed.

I decided it was best for Rosi to go to his house as he was the worrier and she couldn’t care less once she was fed, had toys and got cuddles.
So Rosi got her weekend case packed and all set to go.
Max also went on homeopathic drops for a week during this adjustment period.
Lots of phone calls each day to check on progress and all going well.
So the rest is history I am glad to say and now both love each other. :P

Rosi has made a hugh difference to Max, she has taught him how to play, how to share, how to be a dog most of the time and not fret so much and spend all his time worrying where Caroline is.
As Max was very attached to Caroline, Peter was left out sometimes but he now has his own fan in Rosi

When Rosi went in to be spayed on Monday I called up to see her, she still remembered myself and Kealan.
We brought her for a short walk until Caroline came to collect her baby.

It’s a real happy story for both dogs.
Max has a girlfriend and he is now becoming the dog he can be.
Rosi was left on her own most of the day and never had a collar on her, a walk or a friend to play with.
    So good all round. :)
I love the second photo with the Kong :D

I look forward to seeing both of them on Saturday :)

    Here’s hoping 8-) ;)

I think we can all do one major push for the last six days, it would be soooo good for a DID dog to win this competition.

Keep voting only one week left.
It would be lovely to see her win :)
