Thanks so much for your all your kind words. It has been a tough time as I also lost Scamp aged 17 years in April.I too hope to meet them all again and remember all the good times and what a privilege it is to have cared for them.
Max is doing really well,he loves playing with his ball again and his appetite has increased but he still refuses the dog food.At his check up today he was up 150 grms,as he only weighs 4 kgs that is great in 2 days.
I am sure Max will go from strength to strength now.
    Thanks again,Dianne.

Hi,Timmy is pleased to tell you that his brother Max is home at last.
Prayers were answered as the vets did not think he would pull through.
Max goes for a check up again tomorrow. He is very very thin,he had not eaten for 8 days.I have to feed him every 1 to 2 hours.Max is very reluctant to eat the special tinned foods which would do him the most good but he will eat chicken and rice, hopefully he will soon eat the tinned foods.Max is smart enough to refuse chicken even if there is a hint of the tinned foods.
Thanks so much for all your kind wishes.
    Dianne,Timmy,Max,Ben and Zac.

Thanks so much for all your support.
I visited Max this evening and he had a long cuddle .
Max remains critical with his heart rate and temperature low,he now has potassium added to his iv to help his heart rate.It increased from 40 to 60 but is still very low.
Max is such a cutie. The vets and nurses are so good with him,it helps.
Max is constantly in my thoughts and prayers.Keep fighting little one.

Poor Timmy’s brother Max was treated for bad worms on arrival and has been unwell since then.
Overnight and today he was so poorly he is now in the vets for iv fluids and antibiotics.
Positive thoughts please for this little guy who has been through so much already.I know he is in the best place but I can’t wait to get him home again.
