MemberOh poor Jessie
and poor you
. I know these are hollow words when you are feeling so devastated but always cling on to the wonderful life you gave Jessie for the last few years. She could not have wished for a better home and she was so loved and cared for – you can really take a bow. The loss of your two dogs in such a short space of time is unimaginably painful but time will heal and one day you will feel able to open your door to a new pal.
Thank you so much for all you gave to Jessie.

MemberBailey is the most adorable man imaginable.
He is full of hugs and kisses for everyone and crawls onto any available lap for a cuddle!!!
He is one of those biggies who thinks he is a chihuahua!
He is very gentle and biddable with everyone he meets – loves dogs, people, big and small and he lives in a waggy tail, cup-always-half-full world.
He has settled really well into foster with Brian. He will make a fantastic family pet for some lucky family. In the pics below, you can admire the groom that he got in college just before Christmas!!!
Not bad for two rookie groomers!

MemberOlive and John who adopted Cali, now Lilly, from us keep in regular contact with us and we follow her day to day adventures and escapades!!!
She is having the life of Reilly with her sister Poppy and her human mammy and daddy. I LOVE hearing about everything she gets up to.
We received two lovely Christmas pics and I will upload them here. Lilly is an absolute beauty as you will see.
Thanks so much, Olive and John.cali.JPG

MemberHey little Miss Bossy Boots!!! What is it about small dogs and bossiness??? My ONLY small one here rules the roost too!!
Fantastic to see the beautiful Pipster all grown up and still running the show! You have a fantastic family of humans and canines in your corner – what more could a girl want???
Love from all in the Colgan household and happy new year to everyone.

MemberOh my gorgeous little Beanie!!
Those fab pictures reduced us to tears here – we still miss you! You look absolutely amazing and it is wonderful – as always – to hear news of our foster doggies enjoying their happy ever after.
A very happy Christmas and new year to you and your lovely family.

MemberThis fab little guy is gone into foster with my brother in law, Brian and I had the absolute pleasure of bringing him to college today for our grooming class!! He is the friendliest, waggiest most biddable little creature imaginable.
He was very matted – especially around the ears – and quite smelly but he submitted to the brushing and clipping with ease. He enjoyed his bath (hated being blow dried, mind you) and went home to Brian, matt free and smelling divine!!!
The best of it all is, though, that, for all his upheaval in the last few days, all he wanted was to be loved and petted and spoiled – it never fails to amaze me how accepting dogs are. It was clear how much more comfortable he felt with his ears cleared of matts and his coat brushed and soft. This guy will make an amazing pet for some lucky family – he is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!

MemberOh how wonderful to see!!!
You deserve ENORMOUS credit, foster family for all your work with this beautiful lady. May she continue to go from strength to strength!

MemberI guarantee you, Indianna, it is one or the other!!! Cookie has plenty of ball games in her new home – and plenty of willing volunteers to play them with her.
Delighted, Inga and Raj, that you are getting to see a pic of this beautiful lady that I know you loved so much and cared for so well. She is really happy, settled and thriving in her new home.
Cant quite make out who is happier – Cookie or her new humans who ADORE her!!!!ColganFamily
MemberHad the absolute pleasure of meeting this stunningly beautiful girl in Brian’s yesterday.
She is truly gorgeous – nothing but a big baby really. She was delighted with her visitors including my 3 year old grand niece with whom she was very gentle. Cristal is extremely thin but with plenty of tlc and the FOUR meals a day she is getting from her devoted foster dad, she will rapidly put on weight.
She has that adorable husky thing of talking back to you – she insisted on being involved in every conversation going on and HOWLED her input!!!
She sat for her treats, enjoyed being cuddled, had any amount of licks for "everyone in the audience"!!! – a truly great girl.
Another beauty waiting patiently for that ever elusive happy ever after!!ColganFamily
MemberGod she is SO photogenic!!!!
Beautiful.ColganFamily
MemberThe very beautiful Suki – now Cookie courtesy of Raj, Inga and Kaja, her fantastic foster family – has been adopted by my sister.
She was an immediate hit in a household of 9 family members and she has greatly helped to heal the heartache of the loss of their longtime canine companion about 3 months ago.
Karen and the gang ABSOLUTELY adored Cookie on sight and she has settled really well.
She idolises a ball and Kar has had to be really creative with hiding places for the many and varied balls to be found in a sports mad house! Otherwise not a meal would be cooked nor a wash put on as you would be kept busy throwing any ball Cookie finds!
It has been win-win for all involved – Karen and family and Cookie after almost a year waiting for her happy ever after.
Thrilled to bits for everyone – especially now that I will have the chance to follow Cookie in the flesh!!! -
