My sincere apologies to Obie; it was too much for any man to resist a bitch in season  Great photos folks, they make a lovely pair :D

Collected this little lady (little in height that is, not in width  ) from the pound yesterday. What a character! She was not at all pleased with either the lead, the crate or the duvet. She seemed to fight with it all the way home in the boot, grumbling away to herself until I would call her from the front seat and then she’d look up at me with her ears pricked ‘who me?’
Got to Graham’s and the very very excited Obie  who thought all his Chrismas’s had come together  The first lady for his harem! (He was neutered 2 years ago but no-one told him!!!) Once he got started he couldn’t stop! Couldn’t get any photos that would be suitable for this site  Anyway they got on like a house on fire to say the least. I think little Tiny will be losing weight very quickly!!
Tiny has all the spunk you would like and expect in a Jack Russel but she’s a real dote too and just loves her cuddles. Looking forward to updates :D Fianna

Fantastic generosity Claire and Sarah Jane :D It renews ones faith in humanity. Now all we need is a forever family for this little lady who is in this situation through nobody’s fault. There are great advantages to the Golden Oldies folks :D Fianna

I’m doing the 11 to 2. The weather looks good and Grafton Street is busy so the time flies! We can’t save any dogs without funds so any help is really appreciated :D Fianna

Wow, that brings back memories. I had flown to Birmingham for the day to Crufts (nearly 10 years ago, different life) when I got a phone call from my friend to say that my Liach was stuck under the shed  She had 8 puppies looking for a feed!! Needless to say I was ready to dash back to the airport and fly home immediately but luckily as I tried to keep my friend calm (while I panicked), I told her to get out some tasty food and of course Liach, being a foody, couldn’t resist :D I had been thinking I would phone the firebrigade to lift the shed up!!! And I would have!
But I’ll never forget the feeling of panic
Lucy is such a fabulous dog, and the updates and photos are wonderful! The Golden Oldies are often the best! No chewing, no toilet training, good on the leash, but still full of fun…… :D

Well Mojo worked his magic on Grafton Street today helping with the collection :D What a chilled dog. He just drew in the crowds, lapped up all the attention and the buckets filled up  He was so handsome in his DID t-shirt. Fantastic for 6 months. If you can give all the exercise that this guy requires, you will have the most wonderful companion for life :D Thanks Mojo

Well Hope was one of our ambassadors on Grafton Street for the collection today. She is such a wonderful girl, so good and gentle with all the people children and all the action going on and was not phased at all. She wouldn’t be used to such a busy street but she took it all in her stride. Only the pidgeons distracted her :D Don’t know how this girl has not been whipped away by a lucky adopter yet. Better get a move on or she will be gone soon :D
