Hi guys, Lulu (now Agnes Brown/Aggie) got a haircut yesterday :) This poor girl was obviously left sitting in her own muck for a while and was in desperate need of some TLC. She’s an amazing dog, extremely dosile and she loves cuddles and rubs. Her new sister Jessie is 13 and they get on like a house on fire. She’s also getting along great with her new feline friend luke. She travels great in a car too :) she hops up on the seat, nestles down and doesnt move again until you’ve reached your destination. She’s booked in for her ‘op’ on saturday morning so she’ll be getting officially adopted very soon :D

Hi Guys! Some good news….. 8-)

We got a phone call last night to say that a lovely family in Limerick wanted to adopt Scooby. So about an hour ago Scooby set off to his new home! He’s got 6brothers and sisters(all golden retrivers), a doggie passport for his holidays, and a loving new mam and dad. We wish him and his new family a great new life together. I think he’s possibly the luckiest little dog ever, infact I reckon if he was a human he’d have fallen on hard times and then won the lottery twice in a row now  )

So sad to see the little man go  but delighted that he’s gone to live with such a nice new people :)

Hi guys sorry its been a while since the last update on Scooby, Ive been doing exams :(
Scooby is doing great. We had to bring him to the vet again last week because he had a sinus infection. Turns out the infection was caused by his teeth, which were in a bad state  He went into the vets last tuesday to be neutered and had a full dental work up while he was there, and now thanks to Paul Kelly(his vet) he has a sparkling set of teeth and his cold is clearing up nicely :D He was feeling a little sorry for him self on tuesday evening but by wednesday he had more life in him then ever :) Ive never seen a dog recover so fast from an op!
He is an amazing little dog! And he will make a great companion for someone. He’s a low maintenance little man that needs two short walks a day and a few cuddles in between.
I’ll put up some more photos and updates later :D

Yea he is undoubtedly a super little man and he is full of character :) Infact every time i see him i think of the Gruffalo
Thankfully his antibiotics have cleared his wheeze and he’s tearing around the field with our other two yorkies :) For an older dog hes still got some amount of energy left :) But he’s also partial to a cheeky cuddle and a snooze when he comes home :) He’s an absolutely great little companion for anyone humans and dogs alike!!He always greets you with a waggy tail and loads of kisses…definitely a tiny little guy with a huge heart of gold.

I know it’s Baileys bed…But it’s got my name on it

Poor Scooby had to pay a visit to the vet today. He had a brilliant night sleep in his new doggie bed but sounded a bit wheezy. This morning he waited at the door for a walk and very kindly did all of his business outside. He hasn’t had one accident in the house :D After his walk he had a little doggie nap but had an upset tummy when he woke up :( We brought him out to the vet to check out his wheeze and tummy. The poor guy has been put on a week of antibiotics to ease his wheeze. He was an absolute gent in the vets, he had everything examined and had an injection with no problems :)…We also discovered that our little Scooby is actually 10-12 years old :) Hes had a good sleep…and some sneaky cuddles…so he should be right as rain in no time :D He is an absolute sweetheart and would be an amazing addition to any family. The vet even commented on his disposition as we were leaving saying that he was definitely a well loved pet and he has the sweetest temperament.
There will be loads of pictures to follow tomorrow..I had a few problems trying to upload them earlier today

Just got Scooby home :D He’s an absolute dote! As I type he’s curled up on the couch with his head rested on Kevin’s knee :) He must be someones lost companion!! He waits at the door to go to the toilet, rolls over for a rub, he obeys basic commands, walks to heel on the lead, doesn’t beg for food, and gets on great with Sophie and Bailey. He also travels extremely well in the car. He lies on the seat and pops up on your knee the odd time to see where he’s going. He’s got an undershot jaw which just adds to his buckets of personality!! :P He’s a tiny little man but he’s bundles of fun. He’s showed absolutely no food agression…He even ate with a cat when we collected him from the kennels :o He will allow you to take his bowl while he’s eating and will accept food from your hand with no problem. He’s a happy little guy that loves a cuddle and would fit happily right into anyones life. We’re not sure how he is with children though because we haven’t been able introduced him to any yet…He’s giong to have a nice bath in a while to make him feel, and smell, a little better  so there will be plenty of pictures to the little guy to follow

    Brilliant news ! :D
Bosco met Elaine and her family yesterday, she is going to be his new mum and they are going to take him to his forever home very soon. We couldn’t wish for a better match, they all took to each other straight away it was obvious this was meant to be.
Elaine’s children were great with Bosco and even took him out for a walk. He is going to be spoiled rotten by his new family we can tell :D .

The best news is that Bosco is going to have a big sister, her name is COCO she is two years old and is a DID dog also.
We saw a photo of her but couldn’t meet in person as she is unwell at the moment :( ( nothing serious and she will be back to full health in a matter of days) :D she is the image of little Bosco its amazing, even down to the way his ears hang.
This adoption was defiantly meant to be. We will be devastated to see our little man go but it’s such a relief to know he is going to live with Elaine and her wonderful family. We know he is going to be so happy and fulfilled there :D .

Apologies for the lack of recent posts but unfortunately life took over and time became my enemy for a short while :( . The good news is that time and I have come to an understanding and DID is now back on the top of my to do list ;) .

My little chum Bosco is just a super little dog as always. He has such a pleasant disposition he gets on with everyone. He hasn’t grown much but he has filled out and almost fits his skin now. He feels like a little dog and a good sturdy one at that.

Bosco loves to go for walks and he almost knocks himself over his tail wags so much with excitement when he sees his leash coming out
He is getting really good outside, the first few seconds are still a bit manic with excitement but after a few paces he settles right into his stride.
Rachel puts him through his paces every day getting him to sit at the curb and wait for his command to cross. His recall is coming on and he sits on command. Bosco is a really intelligent little dog who is really eager to please.

Some photos taken last night on his bedtime walk :D .

Parker and Pax were micro chipped and had their first vaccinations this evening. They are now ready to go to their forever homes and are both still available.

If you are interested in adopting one of these super little puppies please fill in an adoption application form (in Forms & Downloads section) and send it off .
When your request has been processed you will need to have a home visit, your co-ordinator will explain everything to you in detail.
    Best of luck :D

Parker is now 8 weeks old and he is ready to be vaxed and chipped. It won’t be long before he is able to start a new life with some lucky person or family. :)
He is a super little dog, full of life and such a character. He loves company and enjoys nothing better than chasing his brother Pax and our two Yorkies around the house and garden. He has really picked up some turn of speed in the last couple of weeks. He is still very small but there is a big dog in that little package. :D
