I have woken this morning without Dobby, Dolly and Dixi. These photos have really cheered me up. I’m glad to see Dobby being a gentleman and letting Molly have the seat! It’s great to see them together and I hope they’ll be great buddies in the years ahead. Dobby you look very cosy in your little bed – I’m surprised not to see Jenna in there beside you.
yoddyMemberDolly has today gone to her wonderful forever family. She is now called Rosie which I think suits her. I know she will be spoiled by her new Mam and Dad, and their grandchildren who Rosie loved.
We’ve shared a lot together little girl and I will never forget you. I wish you the happiest, safest and most wonderful of times ahead. The tears rolling down my face are more for my loss as I know you are going to be loved. Miss you little Dolly Duster. Love always, foster Mam. xxxxxxxxxxxx

IMG_1465.JPGyoddyMemberDobby got his Happy Ending today when his new family collected him and took him home. It was a pleasure watching you grow little man and hope to follow you into the future. Wishing Adrienne and family a very happy life with Dobby. (Watch out Molly, Dobby’s coming to get you!)
Lots of love Dobby from a sad and happy foster Mum. xxxxxxx
IMG_1463.JPGyoddyMemberSo glad to see you out of the pound little Flash. You are one handsome dude! Sleep safe and warm tonight in your cosy bed.
yoddyMemberDaisy had her check up at the vet today. She got a clean bill of health and lots of lovely comments from the staff. Daisy is now ready to go to her forever home. She is up to date with her worming, vaccinations and she is microchipped. She weighed in at 2.4kg today – still the smallest of the 3 pups. Daisy was 8 weeks old last Friday.
When Daisy got home she told Dobby and Dixi that she ate the vet and showed them the only bone remaining. They were well impressed. Note: Mary the vet was unharmed during Daisy’s visit.
IMG_1376.JPGyoddyMemberDixi had a routine visit to the vet today. She got a little check-up and everything was great. Mary, the vet told her that she was a very healthy pup. But now the best bit….Dixi is no longer the biggest pup!
Dobby has overtaken her. Dixi fell over when she heard that news….
Dixi is all ready for her forever home. She is up to date with worming, her vaccinations and she is microchipped. She was 8 weeks old last Friday and currently weighs in at a very slim 2.7kg.
Dixi was thrilled Indianna, for calling her a little Princess…..however she now has hopes of Prince Harry adopting her.
IMG_1426.JPGyoddyMemberWell Dixi was watching the carry on of Daisy when her profile slipped to page 2. Now Dixi has noticed she’s on page 2 too . She’s decided to be clever about it. She’d win everyone over. Firstly she had to make her prospective forever family think ( ) that’s she angelic….with a little help she developed a halo….Dixi feels it’s convincing.
Then she wanted people to see how good she is in the car sitting well behaved belted in on the back seat (she first had to google whether photos had sound (she is only a puppy) as the crying that was coming out of her while in the car wouldn’t do her any favors).
Finally (as she was getting sleepy now) she decided to help foster Mam with the weeding. She was too tired to go back to google what a weed was so she just started swinging out of a few ‘things’ in the garden and hoped praise would be heaped upon her.
Dixi is still looking for her forever home………

IMG_1456.JPGyoddyMemberSo sad to see the poor babe ending up in the pound. I was so thrilled when he went into foster and I’d like to join all the other well wishers in saying a big thank you to his fosterers. Can’t believe he hasn’t the energy to eat – hopefully the future holds goods things for Arthur. I’ll be following you….
yoddyMemberOK Daisy is furious – her profile has slipped to page 2 and she’s livid! She said she wouldn’t have minded so much if she was a page 3 girl, but page 2 was just nothing.
At first she was being really rude (see photo below) to her foster Mum for letting this happen. Then she went out whinging to Dolly who really couldn’t care less and found it hard to pretend otherwise.
Finally Daisy decided that maybe it’s partly her fault as she never stays still to get a photo taken . She tried really hard to sit for a few seconds beside her new ball. We were all very pleased with the change in her attitude.
Daisy would love to have her forever home……

IMG_1422.JPGyoddyMemberGreat news for Dobby! He met his new human family last week and they loved him. Then Dobby went for his first journey by car as a big boy all seat-belted into the back seat. He went to meet the fur side of his new family. All going well, Dobby will have a fur sister Molly (Polly a DID rescue ) to teach him the ropes and to play with.
Dobby is due to leave us on Wednesday evening….. there will be tears but Dobby is going to a family who clearly adore him. Dobby will have 2 teenage human sisters who want to spoil him rotten as well as a new Mam and Dad to keep him in line.
IMG_1453.JPGyoddyMemberDolly has had a busy few days….
Firstly she decided to have a family photo done. Daisy and Dobby were on their best behavior, but that Dixi one! she just wouldn’t stay still! Dolly was very disappointed with the outcome.
Next, Dolly thought she’d get a treat to cheer herself up. But then, just as the cupboard opened, Tio appeared! Well, Dolly thinks Tio’s a twat, and she was fairly miffed having to pretend to be all friends with Tio just to get a lousy doggie biscuit.
Dolly felt she needed a break from all the madness, so she took herself off to the garden for a serene moment. She decided the only place she could get peace was to climb into the highest pot….try and get me now puppies she laughed…

IMG_1407.JPGyoddyMemberJust a little of what Dixi has been up to this week. She is so adorable – all she wants is company, play and cuddles. She’s still waiting for her forever family to come find her.

IMG_1406.JPGyoddyMemberHow sad – RIP Archie. So happy that you were with a loving family for a while, and that they were right there with you when you needed them most.
yoddyMemberI was sure I left my slippers by the bed…..where could they be?
Oh thanks Dolly – you found one in the bathroom and the other in the landing.
Mmmmm….how did you know where they were Dolly???
