It’s great to see Alfie running around without a care in the world while his poor Mammy is at home washing his jumper! Natasha I’m also glad that Alfie had the good manners to wear his blue jumper and not to appear in public with no clothes on! ;) Lovely photo. Well done to his foster family (and Lucky) for getting him this far.

Congratulations to Belle and her new family! :D Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw Belle in ‘Happy Endings’!! She so deserves to have a happy ending with just herself to think about. It’s a beautiful photograph (of a beautiful dog) and it’s made my day to see her getting homed. Have a happy life Belle. PS Belle, I’ve 4 of your sons and they say ‘hi mom’. :P

Bubba continues to grow into a very happy and contented little puppy. He turned out to be the bravest of the boys when it came to exploring the garden – he was first out the door, down the steps without a bother and off for a sniff by himself. He is totally adorable and just like a bundle of fluff.
However, watch the little (shaky) video to find out what Bubba’s bad habit is….let’s just sing..’there gonna make me go to rehab but Bubba said no, no, no’…..

Benny is coming on leaps and bounds. He is a strong little fella and loves to tussle with his brothers. Thanks to my cousin Marie for bringing the boys up 2 Kong tug toys…..I’ve been showing them how the game goes and now they’ve the hang of it. :P The squeak still sends them running to hide in their bed though.
PS Thanks fredisbest for the lovely comments.

Just another nice photo of little Biggs….he is very photogenic (or maybe he just stays still longer than his brothers  ). He is turning into a real little poser! Biggs is a very happy little chappie and loves to play with his brothers, but prefers to play with me. ;) :D

Hi I’ve put a video up on youtube of the 4 pups getting their first outing. They are getting restless now in the kitchen, so as it wasn’t too bad this morning, I let them out the back door for a little sniff.
Excuse the quality of the video – it’s my first time to do this and it’s a bit hit and miss, but anyone interested in the pups might like to see them in action.
Bubba the Brave was first out the door and down the 2 steps for a prowl, he was followed by Benny and Biggs at some point…….but poor Billy just couldn’t overcome his fear of the bottom step…

Can’t believe it’s 1 year already. How right you are Fredisbest – I never met Lucy, but followed her posts and cried when I read of her passing. She really was a little beauty inside and out. Thankfully she had loads of love both in foster and in her forever home. Her last weeks were full of love. Well done to all who gave her that as she surely deserved it. Sad time.

Alfie you are looking fantastic. :D Great to see you filling out and putting some weight on. Your confidence seems to be growing – actually enjoying your walks now – well there’s a surprise. ;) They’re not so bad after all!
Having your brother Lucky showing you the ropes seems to be helping your confidence. You are one gentle little pup and I am delighted to see you progressing so much. :P

Here come the Boys!! While my doggies were out for walks today, I decided to let the boys explore the downstairs of the house. :P They hadn’t been out of the kitchen area since they arrived. Note that they are all tails down and cautiously venturing into the hallway – but little Biggs is just looking at foster Mam……this little boy will love his human more than anything. :D He gives the best cuddles. ;)

Think Spidey could be number 1 dog toy for Christmas 2014!!! Accompanied by ear plugs for the humans. Super video. She’s a little dote. (Buttons, not Spidey).

Hi Indiana – thought you’d like to know that Cara is Alfie’s mum. The colouring is different but don’t their faces look so alike? I know you’re following Alfie, so thought you’d be interested in that. ;)
